Ziemlich einfache Einrichtung. Wobei das der gebuchten Kategorie entsprach. Der Couchtisch war nicht nutzbar, weil die Tischplatte nicht fest war. Sehr hellhörige Decken. Wir konnten jeden Schritt der „Obermieter“ vernehmen. Die Beleuchtung samt Lichtschalter war sehr ungünstig platziert und brachte uns diverse Beulen ein. Und nachts schaltete man beim Umdrehen im Bett oft das Licht ein.

Sehr schönes Appartement, mit allem eingerichtet, was man für ein schönes Wochenende benötigt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war super freundlich und nett. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder hierher.

Das Zimmer ist für den Preis in dieser Saison der Ausstattung angemessen. Leider hat das Haus ein Abfluss Problem und das konnte man, besonders im Treppenhaus, riechen. Wir würden wahrscheinlich für den Preis noch einmal buchen.

Recht nah am Strand. Habe ein "Apartment" bekommen, erst muss der Schlüssel ein paar Minuten entfernt abgeholt werden, und zur Abreise auch wieder zurück gebracht. Obwohl der Raum recht groß war, stand man in der Tür direkt schon im Raum mit direktem Blick aufs Bett - was sich nicht so schön schläft und in Strandnähe keinen Flur vor dem Bett zu haben ist nicht so angenehm mit dem ganzen Sand auf glattem Boden. Manche Alltagsdinge könnten gern mal ersetzt werden, Mülleimer in der Küche oder die Abwasch-Handtücher "aus Oma's Zeiten".

Immerwieder gern diese Unterkunft
Sehr zentrale gelegene Unterkunft. In der Straße gibt es viele Restaurants sowie Frühstücksmöglichkeiten. Auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Die Unterkunft an sich ist auch vollkommen ausreichend eingerichtet, sauber und ordentlich. Es könnte jedoch vorher der Hinweis gegeben werden, dass der Check-In in einem anderen Hotel erfolgt. Auch ob sich das entsprechende Zimmer im Vorderhaus oder auf dem Hinterhof befindet könnte als Hinweis beim Check-In gegeben werden. Ich würde immerwieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

In der Reseidenz Seestern war ein technischer Defekt und wir wurden im Ostsee Art Hotel (gehört dazu) untergebracht und dies war genial - ein Appartement mit viel Platz, bester ruhiger Lage und sehr gutem Frühstück - wir waren rundum zufrieden! Alle für uns wichtigen Unternehmungen konnten wir zu Fuß machen.

Die Wassernutzung war vom Gesundheitsamt in Rostock wegen Legionellenbefall untersagt. Darauf hätte mich der Vermieter aufmerksam machen müssen. Nur die Toilettenspülung durfte benutzt werden. Der Vermieter wies mich darauf nicht hin. Das Gesundheitsamt heftete einen Warnhinweis an meine Tür. Dieser wurde entfernt. Am Tag meiner Abreise traf mich das Gesundheitsamt an. Da hatte ich schon 5 Tage geduscht. Ich bin tief besorgt, an Legionellen zu erkranken.

Einchecken - man kann freundlicher . Wir kennen Warnemünde seit 20 Jahren .- auch alle Parkhäuser.! Urlaub hat man sich verdient - ein Lächeln kostet nicht viel und ist doch so wichtig für den Start in den Urlaub. Bitte Handtücher auswechseln - kosten heute nur noch Pfennige- oder Cent. Manche mögens kuschelig nach dem Duschen. Auschecken war gut - freundlich und nett - wie man es sich wünscht.
