Horrible stay
It was very uncomfortable the bed was hard and the people were rude. Breakfast was horrible I opened a cream cheese for my beagle and it had mold in it. My experience was horrible there and I’ll never stay at a Hampton Inn again

Very disappointed that the pool was closed. It was 107 degrees and we were looking forward to some relief. We were told that the PH levels were off. Sounds like it could have been easily fixed

Everything was clean and ready. Room was a little awkward layout. The light switch for the shower/toilet was outside of the room across the separate sink area next to the closet. Furniture swallows up the room. Otherwise, everything clean and good condition.

Not what I expect from a Hampton. Original room smelled like "stale cigarette smoke". We were moved to a 2nd room that had some strange white stuff on an area of the carpet in the main room & some loose tags on the night stand. Bathroom looked like it had been cleaned so we just kept this room. Remote for TV didn't work but they gave us one that did work. Wall paper was peeling in both rooms we were in.

We walked into the room and there was a large size empty liquor bottle by the bed. Our baseball team stayed there for the weekend and the main reason was for the swimming pool. On Friday we got in and found so much unsanitary items in there. We notified the staff and Saturday they advised it would be closed for the weekend.

We’ve stayed at other Hampton Inns but ended up disappointed in the quality & service at this particular Hampton Inn. Let me just say we checked in on a Thursday (my husband noticed a small sign on the bathrm mirror saying housekeeping now cleans rooms “every other day) We thought ok, we can deal with that - on Friday we had to ask for two bath towels as the two original ones were still too wet to use - by Saturday, the Kleenex dispenser was empty, one of the two TP rolls was empty, & both wastebaskets were full! We checked out Sunday and never got our room cleaned up! We understand many businesses are trying to economize but we went from Thursday to Sunday with NO room cleaning! That is just not acceptable!
