Very handy location with a Morrisons supermarket and fuel station opposite. Noise from the motorway is not too bad with the windows open and non existent with them closed. Fan available at reception. Carol and Paula were both very welcoming and helpful. Would stay again.

Great value for money
The staff from front of house, housekeeping were extremely friendly and efficient. The room was serviced daily unlike some others who only service when asked. The hotel was clean and tidy and the room comfortable, and I will be staying again over the next few weeks.

Hotel was surprisingly clean. The bed would take some getting used too. Convenient parking. I wouldn’t bother with the breakfast next time ( had already paid for it ) Certainly not worth the £12 they charge. Very little choices.

Basic overnight stay with motorway access.
Overnight stay for nearby event. Basic hotel, with friendly staff. The room/bedding clean (apart from the kettle) and although the walls in the rooms have been repainted fairly recently, the overall hotel could do with a refurb as looking tired and not in good repair. Convenient location for motorway access.

Good value but will not return
Very friendly and helpful staff. Beds are like a camp bed with a mattress topper and we’re not very comfortable. Interconnecting rooms when not being used that way have a significant acoustic issue. Our neighbours were having a blazing row at 1am which was disruptive. Breakfast is a bit of a shambles and best avoided. The room was good value but you definitely get what you pay for. However, the issues should be easy to solve without significant cost so rates should remain competitive.
