Quiet and warm, manager was very polite, showed us our room and how to work the spa. Most just give you the keys and say your rooms over there. Left my read glasses in the room and manager sent them to me free of charge.

Morgen the manager has the reputation of being the ‘guest whisperer’ and surely lives up to this. I had some dramas the day I arrived to Auckland and Morgen went out of his way to help where he could. His local knowledge and advice was also very helpful with finding things to do.
