With a 58' TV in the lounge and 32' TV in the master bedroom with full access to unlimited Wifi and Netflix you can be sure to have the parents content as you can keep the kids entertained with a pool table, dart board and 3rd TV ready for connection to any gaming devices you would like to bring. Board games and books are provided to keep everyone entertained regardless of the weather.
The kitchen is fully set-up for any home chef to cook or bake up a storm with all the gadgets including a Nespresso coffee machine, food processor, sandwich maker and so much more. The BBQ and outside dining area on the patio gets sun all day, is secluded, surrounded in trees and shrubs and plenty of herbs to help yourself to for your cooking.
The back yard is massive and fully fenced to keep the kids, fur babies or trailer boat & jetskis safe with a lockable gate. Two parking spaes in the driveway and two on the grass, with plenty more free parking on the street.
A portacot and highchair are also provided to avoid mum & dad having to pack that gear themselves.
Every room has a fan and heater, with a central Heat-pump in the lounge to keep things climate controlled for your stay.

Please note the cleaning fee includes:
- Pre and post stay clean.
- Commercial laundering and supply of all linen including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats, face cloths, hand towels and tea towels.
- Basic supplies and consumables, such as pantry items; shampoo, conditioner & body wash; coffee, tea & sugar etc.
- Rubbish & recycling removal.

Cancellations on vrbo, bookabach and booking.com will incur a credit card charge regardless of cancellation policy. The host will send the guest a break down showing the non-refundable credit card fee.
The government has recently added a 15% occupancy tax to all holiday properties - we have adjusted the prices as much as possible to accomodate for this new tax.

Our apartment is fully managed which means all linen is commercially laundered & ironed, the apartment is professionally cleaned to hotel-standard before and after your stay and we have a dedicated local Property Manager who is available to help in any way, be it local knowledge of must-see & dos, recommendations of cafes and restaurants to just sorting out those occasional enquires or issues you may have.
