Charming modern holiday home with generous glazing on the south side in a small oak forest, very quiet location, right on a nature reserve, 10 minutes walk to the beach, 3 minutes by bike.

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, gemütlich und stilvoll, und liegt fußläufig (10-15min) zum Strand. Absolut reibungsfrei und freundlich ist die Kommunikation zwecks An-/Abreise oder evtl. Rückfragen während des Aufenthalts. Sollten wir nochmal Urlaub in der Umgebung machen würden wir jederzeit wieder dieses Ferienhaus bewohnen wollen.

Schöne Zeit in Ouddorp
Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus sehr genossen, insbesondere die Ruhe und Nähe zum Naturschutzgebiet und Strand haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub braucht und man hat im Haus und im schönen Garten viele Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten. Praktisch waren auch die zwei Bäder. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Entschleunigung pur
Gemütliches, liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage mit sonnigem Garten, 2 Terrassen, Liegestühlen und modernem Außenmobiliar. Der Ferienpark ist seinerzeit gut angelegt worden: Die Begrünung schafft Sichtschutz zu den angrenzenden Grundstücken und verschafft das Gefühl von "Ruhe", die wir bitter nötig hatten. Strand und Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Rad in Kürze zu erreichen (jeweils ca. 7 Minuten). Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung. Wir hatten jedoch unsere eigenen dabei. Innenausstattung: modern, "nicht abgewohnt", mit gemütlichen Sitzmöbeln. Kein WLAN, was uns nicht gestört hat. Die gängigen deutschen Fernsehsender waren alle über ein ausreichend großes Fernsehgerät abrufbar. 2 Bäder mit jeweils Duschen und WCs. Es war ein toller Urlaub und wir kommen wieder.

Ruhig und idyllisch
Wir haben uns knapp zwei Wochen lang sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus bietet mehr als genug Platz für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (Achtung, bei kleinen Kindern könnte die recht steile Treppe ein Problem sein). Es ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, ein "Starterpaket" mit Spülmaschinentabs, Lappen, Schwamm, Spüli sowie Toilettenpapier und Seife stand zur Verfügung (und nein, das ist nicht selbstverständlich und haben wir auch schon anders erlebt). Geschirr und Kochutensilien waren ausreichend und sauber vorhanden; Toaster, Sandwichmaker, Kaffeemaschine und Senseo ebenfalls. Gartenmöbel und Auflagen waren neuwertig und von guter Qualität. Die Fotos zeigen die aktuelle Einrichtung. Wir fanden es super schön und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Frau Kordick hat bei Fragen schnell und sehr, sehr hilfsbereit per WhatsApp reagiert. Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen, wenn man kein "HalliGalli" sucht. Zu Fuß haben wir 20 Minuten an den Strand gebraucht (10 zum Parkplatz, 10 von dort bis ans Wasser). Ouddorp selbst ist ebenfalls nah und hat einen super schönen Ortskern zum Bummeln und Essen gehen. Flohmarktfans sollten unbedingt im "Jouw Marktkraam" vorbei schauen. Auch die ortsansässige Autowerkstatt können wir absolut empfehlen. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub für Leute, die dem Trubel entfliehen wollen. PS: Ja, der "Vorgarten" entspricht nicht einer Schrebergarten-Vorstellung und auch die Fenster könnten eine Außenreinigung vertragen - aber hey, Preis-/Leistung bitte beachten!

Schöne Lage in der Natur
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super. Hatte ich noch nie so gut. Die Lage ist super und gerade mit Kind total zu empfehlen (Strand ist schnell zu erreichen, ein sehr großer Spielplatz praktisch vor der Tür und auch den Ziegenstall erreicht man schnell). Das Haus ist schön und gut geschnitten. Nur durch die Nähe zur Natur hat man öfter Spinnen und Insekten im Haus.
