The room is really cosy and comfortable, our room also came with a safe & a mini fridge for drinks. The staff were really nice and helped us when we had an issue (not due to hotel) the best they could. I really recommend this hotel Connections are really good too with a 30min train ride from Schiphol Airport

Hotel Emma was much better than expected. Reception was extremely friendly, theres a range of teas and coffees available to anyone in the hotel too. The room was nice, clean and comfortable and the hotel is right by the route 4 and route 7 tram stop as well as the metro which makes getting round really easy. Would definitely return when back in Rotterdam

Staff are great. Good location. Rooms have no AC and are hot. Windows open but there are bars across the street so itā€™s loud and loud until late in the morning. Beds are very uncomfortable.
