Great cost-benefit
Very friendly staff! Convenient breakfast and market on site (you pay per item, so it's way cheaper than options in many other hotels). The gym is small, but it has the basics. The elliptical machine is great. I also appreciated their little Christmas gift.

Good, but there were unacceptable issues.
This is a nice hotel in a very good location in Rotterdam. Overall we had a pleasant stay. The Market and Guest area on the 2nd floor is excellent with reasonable prices, a decent continental breakfast choice and a wide range of products to choose from, open 24hrs. Reasonably priced alcohol was also available anytime and a free to use ice machine. Unfortunately, the Hotel let itself down with the cleanliness in bathroom of one of the rooms our group had booked. There was a large amount of mould in the shower and visible faecal staining on the toilet seat. We raised this with the Hotel who didi attempt to clean the seat with disinfectant wipes but this did not remove the staining, we were advised the would require chemical treatment which was outsourced to another company?! We ended up buying a bottle of household bleach from the local supermarket and attending to it ourselves! A real shame as everything else was very good.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Rotterdam. We got two rooms for my family of 5 so had tons of space. The hotel is very clean, close to all shopping and restaurants and central station. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel is about 10 mins walk to Rotterdam central station. It is next to a shopping area where you can find many restaurants. Breakfast is a bit problem, but we find a McDonald near the hotel which opens at 8:30am.
