An old mill adjoining the 12th-century Château de Courmenant, nestled in a vast property (7,000 m²) crossed by the Vègre River, which powers the mill wheel. This ideal cottage for fishing enthusiasts is classified as a 2nd category property, where you can fish for white fish year-round: perch, roach, and gudgeon.

A 1,000 m² enclosed garden with trees and flowers, a terrace, and a portico.
