I think the high point of this destination is the location because you’re actually very close to the Santa Claus village. It also had a lovely breakfast bread and plenty of dining options within the Santa Claus village as well as around it in in the shopping centre. It is also extremely well connected and easy to access by multiple modes of transportation.
Especially love the room we were in their standard cottage, which also had a sauna inside the room which meant we didn’t have to share a sauna with other people and we had our own private one. It is usually well decorated and maintained.
My only issue was that the cleanliness could have been better in our room. The utensils provided with the room were completely not usable, especially the pans. When I called the reception to request them for another pan, they said that it would take more than an hour. I also offered to pick up the pan from the reception but the lady told me that she’s the only one at reception and does not have any substitutes. The next morning we were checking out and noticed that a new pan had been provided that morning but was of no use as we were checking out.
