This spacious two-story villa has 262,50 square meters and is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The villa features five bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. Three of these bedrooms offer exclusive access to private balconies, while the remaining two share a balcony. There are 4 shower bathrooms and one additional restroom. A contemporary, fully equipped kitchen and a large living space with a TV and Netflix options make up the interior. The living room opens up to a covered terrace, complete with a dining set and BBQ, ideal for family gatherings. An outdoor area with a private swimming pool, surrounded by loungers and sun umbrellas, invites relaxation. The pool is heated upon guests' special request, with an additional charge of 30 EUR per night. Entertainment options like billiards, table tennis, or foosball are available for guests to enjoy together. This villa welcomes up to two small, well-behaved pets with charges, making it pet-friendly. On-site parking ensures convenience for all guests.
