Wonderful Holiday Stay
The property was beautiful just as described. We were a large group and everyone was comfortable. The home had everything we needed to prepare and serve several meals including our Christmas dinner. I highly recommended this property and I hope we get the opportunity to stay here again.

Fantastic Property!
Wonderful property for our 5 day get away with friends. We were looking for a place for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The outdoor patio was our favorite spot for morning coffee and afternoon Happy Hour. We will definitely be back!

9 Longtime Friends from AHS “75” had a wonderful time!
House was in a gated community and we felt very safe. It was very spacious, plenty of beds and bathrooms, kitchen had everything we needed, firewood for fireplace, and to top it off….a beautiful view of Sierra Blanca! We had such a great time!!!! Host were very efficient in getting back to us with questions! Only issue we had was trying to get in but..we were 9 women over 65!

Perfect multi-family house!
Overall the property was great and the house had plenty of space to ensure it never felt crowded. It was very well stocked with everything you would need during your stay. Very easy access to town or to Ski Apache.

This place was perfect for our family. With private connecting baths for each of the 5 out of 6 bedrooms, it scored high. The house was clean, and accommodations were comfortable and bedrooms were a good size. My family has been meeting up in Ruidoso for years and so far this one has been our favorite. Although we did not meet the owners, we could feel the kindness in their communication and they were super quick to respond.

Pictures don’t do it justice. This home is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!
I’ve been coming to Ruidoso every year in July for the past 10 years and by far the Best vacation home I’ve stayed in Ruidoso. The views, the house, accommodations were by far 5 stars. I would highly recommend this home. Property manager was easy to reach and helpful with. Directions.

What a hidden gem in Ruidoso. It’s the perfect home for any occasion. This is how I’m going to describe this property… If you took a little bit of Santa Fe and some Taos and added some Red River and mixed them all together, this is what you get PERFECTION. Do yourself a favor and just book your stay, you won’t regret it.
