ABOUT VALE CABIN:
Located in Bethel and only 10 minutes to Sunday River Resort, this home was built for unparalleled comfort. From ultra-comfortable hotel-quality beds to floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of Mount Washington to the cozy electric fireplace, no detail was overlooked.

The home is set high off picturesque Intervale Road on 30 quiet acres of land and boasts 1900 square feet across 3 floors. This three bedroom plus bunk nook vacation rental enjoys a mix of modern facilities, high-end leather and wood furniture, and rustic hand-made dƩcor. The home is perfect for a family getaway or a weekend with friends.

MAIN LEVEL:
The main level is an open-concept space with soaring ceilings and giant windows offering stunning views of the Presidential Mountain Range and the back side of Sunday River Ski Resort. On this level, you will find a mudroom, deck with gas grill, full bathroom, bedroom with queen bed, smart TV, fully stocked kitchen with island accompanied by 2 comfy seats, dining table with seating for 10, high-end leather couch, electric fireplace, and whole-house audio.

LOWER LEVEL:
The lower level is equipped with a high-end home theater featuring a 92 inch screen, Klipsch speakers, Netflix, Cable, Pottery Barn couch, and access to the patio and hot tub. Built-in full-mattress bunk beds offer a cozy sleeping nook. The master bedroom boasts a king bed with smart TV and access to the patio and hot tub. An additional bathroom is located on this level and laundry room with new high-end washer and dryer are available for your use.

LOFT:
The open-concept loft is a cozy space with two queen beds and a smart TV with DVD player.

OUTDOORS:
With 30 acres of privacy, the house offers plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. The lower level has two doors that access a large patio and lawn space. The patio features a picnic table, outdoor speakers, hot tub, and fire pit surrounded by adirondack chairs overlooking a lawn with plenty of space for yard games. No matter where you enjoy the day, you'll look out at magnificent presidential mountain range views.

SUNDAY RIVER and BETHEL AREA:
Vale Cabin is close to it all! You will find many restaurants, pubs, shops, a museum, grocery store, and pharmacy all within a 2 minute drive in downtown Bethel. Downhill and cross country skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, ice skating and tubing in the winter, all within a 10 minute drive. Two prestigious golf-clubs in the area. Hiking for all abilities from a flat walk to rigorous 22 mile trails are located within Grafton Notch and Evans Notch State Parks.

Swimming at Frenchmanā€™s Hole on the very rural end of Sunday River Road offers a special experience. A chairlift ride to the top of Sunday River Mountain offers stunning views of the fall colors. Or, step outside and walk, run or bike ride down picturesque Intervale road.

Please note the property does have two outdoor security cameras located about halfway down the driveway that record video only. No cameras are located inside or with any view of the interior of the property.

We stayed here for a minimoon after our wedding and it was perfect. We made good use of the hot tub, grill, and loved the sunset view every night. We loved the convenience of the location. Very comfortable beds as well. Mike was super responsive when we had questions

The cabin was perfect! Exactly as you see in the pictures. It was 5 of us that stayed there for 3 nights, and we had plenty of space. We took our dog as well and he loved it. The hot tub was amazing, and the fire pit with the chairs were great as well! Everything was really clean, and the kitchen was well equipped but was missing an air fryer, so we did bring our own as we planned to cook most meals. Only thing we felt was missing were full length mirrors. If one or two could be added, it'd be helpful for guests.

We had a great stay with a family of all ages. Celebrated two of our teens bdays! They enjoyed the hot tub and all the space within. Great sleeping options with 6 comfortable beds. Instructions for the kitchen lights over the table and the theatre screen downstairs would have been helpful but we did figure it out. Really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO!

Second Stay
We had a lovely second stay at Vale Cabin. The view from the second floor is stunning, and we enjoyed hiking in Grafton Notch State Park. The only disappointment is that the weeds outside have grown tall enough to block the mountain view so it can only be enjoyed from the main level, or second floor, of the cabin. We couldnā€™t enjoy the view from outside while in the hot tub, playing corn hole, or having a fire, like pictured in older photos.

Perfect Vacation at a lovely spot
The property sits in a very rural part of the mountain country of Maine. It's very near the Sunday River ski resort. Even the "off season" in Maine is busy--it truly is vacationland. We hiked and swam in some off the grid swimming holes (gorgeous scenery), drove to Portland found beaches and visited some landmarks and ate good seafood, and checked out a couple of local brewpubs that had awesome food. We had lots of room, the place was clean, and spectacular view from the living room. Would recommend.

Really a great place to rent! Enjoyed mt. Washington and kayaking on Sunday river. Four stars only because the hot tub was a big part of our choice and it def needs some TLC. Otherwise highly recommend!

Grandparent weekend
Our family of four( two teen kids) and both sets of grandparents gathered for our third annual pre- holiday gathering. We had an amazing time at this cute house. We really enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and proximity to town. The Christmas tree also made the perfect holiday vibe.

Beautiful house and view
We stayed her for a wedding in Bethel. It was an excellent location, the place was as described in the listing, it was clean, and the owner was very responsive! We had a few pictures taken there because it was so beautiful with the mountains as a backdrop and they turned out incredible! Unfortunately, we were too busy to enjoy all the amenities the place had to offer, but we plan on returning. Thank you again for a memorable stay.

Our stay was fantastic! The house is beautiful, it has a cabin feel but is very modern and comfortable. The views are spectacular! Everything was clean when we arrived, and the check-in/check-out process was super easy. The house had everything we needed and more!
