Great Hotel
The entire hotel has been updated and was extremely nice and clean. Staff was polite and helpful. I would have given 5 stars but the beds are very, very, very firm. I, personally, have back issues and a firm mattress makes them worse. This is in no way the hotels fault. It did seem like the hardest bed Iā€™d ever encountered and had absolutely zero give to it. If you canā€™t tolerate a firm bed I suggest another hotel.

Second time staying will not be the last, check in was easy the desk agent was exceptional friendly pleasant engaging. Overnight is just as professional. Rooms are always impeccable and the pool area is great. The location is great plenty of conveniences within walking distance

Quick/easy check in Small breakfast area/ basic breakfast. Not good, not bad. Nice pool area 30 people/5 FT Pool opened at 10am and closed at 8. Makes no sense when checkout is 11 am. Let us swim! Nice fall mountain pictures, pretty. Big tv which was nice. Nice beds/3 pillows only on them. Got extra towels Couch bedding thin need updating Small gym, not much in there. Hidden mirror closet Stained couch, scared to sit on.
