' Ideally located, in the immediate proximity of the village of Rustrel, facing the Colorado Provençal and the Luberon, backed by the Monts de Vaucluse, our Mas provençal with private swimming pool can accommodate up to 7 people (adapted rates) very comfortably (140 m²): swimming pool, air conditioning throughout the house, garage.
Our vacation home in the Luberon benefits from fenced grounds (1300 m²), with a magnificent, unobstructed view of the Luberon and Colorado mountains.

In keeping with Provencal tradition, the 4 bedrooms are upstairs, with large beds (160 for the 2 double beds, 100 and 90 for the single beds).

This Provençal vacation rental is charmingly decorated in the spirit of the South, with wrought iron, boutis and painted Provençal furniture.

Large closets, 3 WCs, 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub, the other with jet shower, each with WC.

The ground floor of our Luberon rental with swimming pool features an entrance hall with storage cupboard and separate toilet, a large living-dining room (3 sofas, Provencal armchair, 82 cm flat-screen TV, DVD player, large wrought-iron and oak table).

The kitchen of this Provence gîte is spacious and superbly equipped: fridge with freezer, induction hob, pyrolysis oven, microwave oven, extractor hood, raclette-pierrade, toaster, Nespresso and isothermal filter coffee makers, food processor....
Direct access to the lovely covered terrace, furnished with wrought-iron and teak.

Beautiful private swimming pool (depth 1.20- 2 m) 9.5 X 4.5 m) with sunbathing beds for all, secured by wrought-iron fence, pool shelter and shaded area.

The grounds of the Vaucluse vacation villa are wooded with pine, olive, juniper, thyme and oak trees.
The village can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
If you want to spend a wonderful vacation in Provence, our vacation home will be perfect for you. You can leave directly from the property for beautiful walks to the Colorado Provençal, accompanied if you wish by your pet!

Nice home
Overall quite nice and peaceful and had everything we needed. We were attacked by mosquitoes constantly. Some screens on the windows and doors would be a huge improvement so one wouldn’t have to close oneself in the whole time. Veronique was a nice and welcoming host, Thank you for sharing your home.

Comfortable villa with fine views
The description on the website is accurate and the photos good. This is a well kept and comfortable house on the outskirts of a village with lovely views across the valley in an interesting part of the Luberon. Air-conditioning throughout adds to a light an airy ambience and there is a pleasant garden with outside cooking facilities. The pool is very nice and clean and it would be even better if the night lights worked. The caretaker-neighbours were very friendly and helpful, and lent us their kettle. The only thing less than perfect was the woman who appeared on the last day to return our breakage deposit and seemed to think we were under-sheet thieves! A misunderstanding, I am sure, but we would rather have dealt with the helpful neighbours.

Maison bien située mais vieillissante surtout les salles de bains qui mériteraient d'être rénovées. Douche pleine de calcaire. Grande piscine mais attention beaucoup de guêpes. Cuisine bien équipée mais vaisselle grasse à notre arrivée. Belle vue des chambres mais literie de mauvaise qualité.

Fijne woning op goede plek
De woning voldoet aan alle eisen en is zeer comfortabel. Het dorpje Rustrel is rustig met een paar leuke restaurantjes. De plaats Apt is gezellig compleet en vlak bij. De omliggende natuur is prachtig en goed om te wandelen. Samenvattend een fijn verblijf.

Das Objekt war für uns bestens geeignet, wir sind zu dritt mit Hund angereist und haben den Platz im Haus genossen. Großzügiger Wohnbereich, große Küche, schöne und überdachte Terrasse, schöner Pool. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in den Luberon und trotz Nähe zur Straße himmlisch ruhig.

Maison idéale pour un excellent séjour dans le Lubéron
Nous avons trouvé une maison conforme à nos attentes : spacieuse, bien située, calme, bien équipée... Notre petite fille de 7,5 ans s'est éclatée dans la piscine et notre chienne a vite trouvé ses marques. Bref, d'excellente vacances dans une très belle région. Seul bémol : à notre avis l'offre n'est pas claire au niveau de la fourniture des draps de lit et des serviettes de toilettes qui ne sont pas compris dans le prix de la location. Par "linge de maison fourni" il faut traduire linge de cuisine et uniquement linge de cuisine fourni : c'est dommage, sinon tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons dans cette maison avec plaisir et nous l'avons d'ores et déjà recommandée autour de nous. Les voisins sont charmants et très accueillants.

Maison bien équipée et bien entretenue. Beau dégagement, environnement calme et agréable.
Nous avons passé trois semaines agréables à 6 personnes dans cette belle maison. Nous aimerions souligner la belle réactivité des propriétaires qui ont réglé dans la journée des problèmes de wifi et de machine à laver la vaisselle, ce que nous avons fort apprécié. Côté pratique nous aurions apprécié une penderie dans chaque chambre, deux n’en ont pas, mais il faut dire que nous étions nombreux durant trois semaines. Le couvert avec son grill extérieur, attenant à la cuisine est accueillant. Le garage fermé est très pratique et en plus de la voiture, il permet d’y ranger les vélos. Malheureusement, nous confirmons la remarque d’un précédent locataire précisant que l’accès en voiture à la maison est difficile. En effet, la très forte rampe/pente suivant directement le plat permettant l’ouverture du portail fait qu’en quittant la maison une partie du bas de caisse de la voiture frotte le sol. Nous avons un break standard. Mis à part ce problème, la maison est parfaite.

CHARMANTE MAISON AVEC VUE IMPRENABLE
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison meublée avec beaucoup de goût et que nous recommandons chaudement. Grand terrain fermé, vue imprenable, trés grand calme, tout confort avec piscine (sécurisée), cuisine trés bien équipée. Les 2 salles de bain sont vastes et appréciables à 6, 3 grandes chambres vastes et charmantes avec vue sensationelle sur les collines du colorado provençal . Un endroit où on se sent chez soi immédiatement. La région invite à découvrir les sentiers et la nature. Beaucoup de choses à voir dans les environs. Nous vous remercions sincérement de ce beau séjour.

Magnifique maison
Très jolie maison avec piscine privée. Très bien équipée, propre et pratique. Je recommande vivement cette maison. Véronique est très sympathique et a toujours été disponible. L'emplacement est superbe, à 2 minutes en voiture du Colorado Provençal et 15-20 minutes de Gordes et Roussillon et plein d'autres villages typiques.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable à Rustrel! La maison est bien équipée. Nous n'avons pas été gênés par les bruits de la circulation car la maison est suffisamment éloignée de la route.
