This was very spacious. I think you could have a nice sized group here comfortably. 4-6. The area around the property is a bit run down.
Thr property owner did not send instructions to enter prior to arrival, but responded quickly and we were inside within 10 min. The wifi password would not work, so we used cell and downloaded movies nearby to watch on Kindle. The main bedroom was large with a couch or maybe a futon. There was a stove, full fridge, washer and dryer, microwave. I did not see a toaster nor coffee maker, which is all i would have used anyway. There were pots and pans and cups and plates. There is baseboard heat for the 2 bedrooms and bath with thermostat in the main bedroom. The dining area, kitchen, living room were all heated with a portable heater / ac unit. I did have to empty the water bin 2x to keep it working and I saw thr Cf clean filter alert before I left. Although i stayed 2 consecutive nights, there was no discount on the cleaning or service charge. I ended up paying $400 for 2 nights, if space and clean is your primary concern, then this is a great value. If you are more concerned with being closer to businesses, this might not be for you. There is a pizza place and a laundromate within walking distance and a Stewarts Shop if you want to go a little further.
There is also a balcony area where you can see yhe neighborhood, but theres not much of thr mountains that you can glimpse from here. Wife was not impressed.
