Great ecape
The house is great and in a wonderful location, though needs better cleaners. There were spiderwebs and spiders all throughout the house and the spa was also dirty so the place isn't being cleaned properly. The check in process was a little disappointing. It is done on a tablet when you arrive though this wasn't working so we couldn't check in or get any information on everything in the house. Due to Covid the property managers wouldn't send someone out to look at it (which is totally understandable), though they asked us to let them know if we couldn't get it to work so they could arrange someone to help which I did. I then never heard back from anyone at all after that. We had to hot spot off our phone to get it to work. 3 of the bedrooms had TV's in them, though the one upstairs had sound but no picture. One downstairs wouldn't turn on and the other had connection issues. Not a big deal but for the price of this property you would expect better and the small details to be considered. Overall a great stay though.

The property was not in clean condition. Male undies were found on the lounge chair by the pool, spiderwebs and spiders throughout the house, Oak milk container found in bin in bathroom and gate to pool area was broken. Cleaners need to do a better job.

The house was beautiful. The driveway not so good as on a steep hill but I mastered it by the end of the weekend. We all had a really good time. Walked into town for lunch and drinks. The top deck was our place to be. Very happy 😊

I wasn’t happy the house location is very good but i wasn’t clean the spider was everywhere and they like 15 of them even the house of the spider its in each room no one clean them and even i tried to contact the company they respond to me it’s normal the spider everywhere I wasn’t excepted that at all

Lovely space with lots to do if you want to stay in
We stayed at Highview for our family ladies weekend away and really enjoyed our time there. The house felt like a little luxurious home away from home, where we were able to relax in the outdoor spaces, enjoying lunch by the pool and then dinner in the evening on the upstairs balcony over looking the tree tops and watching the sun set. The lounge was perfect for a lazy night in watching movies and just catching up with each other. The house had a lot to cater for and you really dont need to leave if it's a relaxed weekend away you are after. Theres also a little herb garden out in the front garden along the path to the front door that has parsely, oregano and rosemary and a beautiful passionfruit vine full of passionfruit, that sadly wasnt ripe just yet ;) Highview was a lovely place to stay and I definitely recommend it for a weekend or week away with family and/or friends.
