I booked this hotel for a night (before we had a long international flight back home), and honestly was a little disappointed. I loved how it was walkable to the airport (and they even have shuttles too), and the staff was AMAZING!! Yet, in our room, our bathroom was a little dirty (we found some hairs on the toilet that were not ours), The room also reeked of cigarettes and we had to open the window to let out some air because it was giving us headaches. I also was super disappointed that you had to pay extra to use the pool and gym :(((. I probably will choose another hotel when I am back in Narita.

You don't look for the same things when you book an airport hotel vs regular one. Generally speaking, you get airport when you arrive too late to move on to next stop or in transit with a flight next day. Then you look for room confort, available in-hotel activities and services. Here, service was great (free bus transfert, front desk, breakfast service). As for confort, if room was good (nothing fancy, clean), sound isolation was not as good. Even though people in the hallaway were speaking normal (kids were not yelling or such), you could clearly hear what they said! When you have jet lag, good amounf of flight time (we had 13h) and have a flight next day, you expect silence to some extent. This was not the case. Not really noisy but not silent neither. As for activities, it's sad the pool was not free. For the price (airport prices, you have to deal with that), it was expensive to that matter. But to end on good point, breakfast was included (buffet).

The rooms are of good size for 2 people. The rooms are not modern but well maintained with new carpets. I know I have so much attention to details that's why I've noticed the corner of the washroom tiles not properly scrubbed. The hotel clerk didn't help us much when it comes to having our luggages stored in the hotel or help us with options as we're travelling to Shibuya and going back to Narita with another night booked with them before our flight as we didn't want to bring big luggages as we stroll main Tokyo.We ended up cancelling our last night booking and decided to go directly to Narita airport since the hotel in Shibuya assisted us with luggage transfer. The hotel offers lots of food choices for breakfast even your own way of prepating eggs is done in front of you. I shoud have given the hotel a 5 star, but the luggage issue made me give Narita Tobu a 4.

Always stay here when I need to spend a night near Narita airport. Not much has changed since the 1990s, and I guess the interior decorating, such as the spa area, could use a refresh, but it's all kept very clean and has a nostalgic feel. I especially like the view from the windows of the beautifully tended gardens around the hotel.

Highly recommended, clean room and very quiet even so close to the airport, convenient shuttle commute to the airport, also to nearby shopping mall (AEON), good buffet, friendly staff.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was very convenient as well. My room was nice but it did smell of smoke, maybe from another room or maybe someone had been smoking before or a smoker had stayed in the room prior. I am a non-smoker so it was noticeable, but overall it was pleasant. Breakfast was very good and I would recommend for someone to stay.

Standard room in the older section of the hotel. I had to pay additional 45% for 3 hr early check-in (12 noon vs 3pm) since my flight arrived early morning. There is also a charge for late check-out. So this hotel becomes expensive if flight times do not coincide with hotel check-in.check-out times.

A good place to stay near the airport if you are transiting. We stayed 1 night as a family of 4 before our morning flight to Sapporo. The shuttle bus provided by the hotel was great. The room had 4 single beds for all of us to sleep comfortably. Being able to do laundry was a big plus. Thee laundry room had 5 coin washer and dryers.
