Lovely modern 32 Sqm 1 bedroom apartment (kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom) and balcony conveniently located : 15 min walk to beautiful Nai Yang beach, 3 min walk to public bus stop (cheap scheduled airport bus to town), walking distance to 2 freshmarkets where you can buy everything from freshly caught seafood to fruits and all kinds of local treats.

All amenities for light cooking, kitchen and dining ware are provided. Big fridge and microwave oven, kitchen stove, kitchen sink are installed. The apartment has a dining table for two, comfy couch, a Tv.
The apartment is strictly no smoking, but you can smoke on the balcony.
Good for 2 adults sharing one bed and a child 100 sm of height max sleeping in bed with adults.
You can enjoy the whole apartment and all communal areas (lobby, big parking, swimming pool). On the ground floor of the building you'll find laundromats and laundry room (extra).

The apartment is situated in a quiet, not crowded place,
2 min. drive (10-15 min walk, 1100 meters) to one of the best beaches in Phuket - Nai Yang and the Sirinat National Park.
2 min. to Phuket airport (planes do not bother),
10 min. drive to Pia Thanyapura sports complex,
5 min. drive to Naithon Beach and Lifeco Wellbeing Detox Center,
15 min. drive to big supermarket Tesco Lotus Thalang.
15-20 min drive to Yacht Heaven Marina and Ao Por Grand Marina (perfect choice of lodging for yachties and crew members. )

The apartment is in close proximity to Blue Canyon and Mission Hills golf clubs. Family mart, 4 outlets of 7/11 stores, mini-markets Tesco Lotus Express and Supercheap are a few minutes walk or drive from the house. There are nice two local markets in walking distance where you can buy fresh seafood, veggies and fruits every day. A variety of Thai and European restaurants, massage shops, coffee shops, bakeries, clubs and shops are all within walking distance. Plenty of jungle/rain forest attractions (waterfalls, gibbons, cable ride, etc. ) nearby.

There is a bus stop in 3 minutes walk from the apartment, where you can get scheduled bus to the town. You also can catch buses and taxis to any corner of the Island from the Phuket International Airport, which is 25minutes walk from the apartment. It is also possible to rent a scooter in the area around, there plenty of car rent shops also.
