Cozy apartment

Quiet and in a beautiful south facing location, very cozy apartment with Berghüttenflair (50 sqm) for 2 to 5 people, with living / dining area and fitted kitchen, a bedroom for max. 3 persons (sofa bed (80 x 190 cm) for the 3. Person), bathroom and toilet separated, (bed linen, toilet paper, hair dryer and hand soap, bath towels and towels included) and underfloor heating in all rooms.
A beautiful south facing balcony with great views of the mountains ideal for sunbathing.
Satellite TV and free Wi-Fi are available.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob, coffee maker, tea maker and toaster, pots, pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery, kitchen roll, plenty of kitchen towels, dish soap and dishwasher.
The heated boot room is located in the entrance area, there are two parking spaces directly at the house. Bicycles can be parked in the garage during the summer.

For a larger group there is the possibility the entire country house with all 3 apartments

A lovely apartment in Saalbach
We had a lovely stay here. The apartment is perfect for a stay in Saalbach. All fixtures are modern but with a traditional design. I would highly recommend a stay here - we had a great time with our family.

A wonderful apartment
We loved Landhaus Simone. It was a very well maintained property and a 5 mins walk to the ski lift. Everything inside was new and very modern. We had everything we needed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone looking to ski in Saalbach.

Beautiful building with 3 apartments a short walk from one of the ski runs. Excellent ski room with boot drying equipment. One big double bed and a pull out couch and arm chair, so you could sleep 5. Kitchen did not have a microwave but did have a full oven with convection and a counter top 4 burner range range. We arrived on a Saturday evening and did a bit of shopping on the way. That was lucky because none of the grocery stores are open until late afternoon on Sundays. All in all, this was a great apartment and perfect for us for a week.

Perfect stay in Saalbach
My wife & I stayed in this pretty apartment for one week in March 2020 & found it ideal. It’s just up the hill from one of the main Gondolas with the main town centre only a short walk further on. The apartment has everything you can want (other than a microwave which wasn’t an issue), is well thought out & immaculately presented. Highly recommended.

Really lovely apartment, everything you need is there. Beautiful quiet setting about 5-10 minute walk into town. Simone is very easy to deal with, towels changed midweek, bread delivery every day from local baker. Would definitely recommend Landhaus Simone ❤️

Top Quartier für Ski-Urlaub
Auch während unseres zweiten Aufenthaltes in diesem wunderschönen Appartment waren wir in jeglicher Hinsicht zufrieden. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub, alles, was wir brauchten, stand zur Verfügung, der fußläufige Weg zur Ski-Piste und zurück ist kurz.

die Unterkunft ist top und erfüllt alles was man für die Ferien benötigt, die Lage ist schön mit Blick auf den Ort und in das obere Tal, das Schlafzimmer ist sehr groß und das Bett klasse für guten tiefen Schlaf, das Wohn-Esszimmer reicht für die Ferien wirklich aus, erscheint in der Beschreibung kleiner als es wirklich ist, hat alles an Bord was man braucht, vielen Dank für den reibungslosen Ablauf.

Bestnoten sind zu vergeben: Innendesign gehoben und urgemütlich, ungewöhnlich sauber und aufgeräumt, ruhig, helle Südlage mit weitem Blick, kurzer Weg von etwa 300 m auf die Skipiste. Der Erholung steht nichts im Wege! Wir kommen wieder!

Schönes Appartment und super Lage
Wir waren eine Woche im Appartement Nummer 3 und haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt! In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der City und wohnt trotzdem sehr sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir waren mit Fahrrädern dort und durften die vorhandene Garage mit nutzen, was super praktisch war, da wir für die Woche auch eine kleine Werkstatt für uns eingerichtet haben :) Für das nächste Jahr werden wir wohl erneut buchen!

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr schöne Einrichtung und auch die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut. Man kann auf dem Balkon einen herrlichen Abend in der Sonne genießen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Saalbach.

Zentral mit super Aussicht
Eine gelungene Urlaubswoche! Das Bett war zwar etwas hart, aber hier ist es schwer, es jedem recht zu machen. Ein Pfannendeckel würde helfen, dass das Fett nicht auf Boden und Kaffeemaschine spritzt. Abgesehen davon passte alles, sehr stilvoll dekoriert, gut ausgestattet, moderne und saubere Wohnung. Toller Blick aufs Tal und schnell im Dorf und an der Seilbahn. Joker-Card inclusive, gutes Wlan. Empfehlenswert.
