I stayed there two times and I loved both stays.

No good food

Our honeymoon at Cayo Levantado felt like a dream come true. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the beauty and care we experienced. We want to give a special thank you to the amazing team: • Sol at the beach, who was always sweet and recommended the best drinks. • Carlos at the beach, who made sure we had incredible drink suggestions. • Augusto at the restaurants, who provided flawless and attentive service. • Angelito, who kindly transported us in the carts with such warmth. • Jefris, the manager, who ensured every aspect of our stay was perfect. • Emmanuela, our ambassador, who went above and beyond to care for us. The food options were incredible, offering a variety of flavors to enjoy. The pools and the beach were breathtaking, and the room was always impeccably cleaned, adding a sense of luxury to our stay. What made this experience truly special was how the staff treated us—with kindness, dedication, and genuine care. It was so emotional that I cried when we had to leave.
