I booked two nights thru Expedia but an error happened and it was booked for one night only. First night we were given a very nice room then they moved us the next day because that room where we stayed, was booked. We were given an awful room on the first floor. No A/C, we were given a floor fan. The bathroom smelled and looked dirty. We complained about the AC and were told that they didn’t have portable units and if we didn’t like it, they can refund us the money and go someplace else. We couldn’t leave since we didn’t know the area and we are senior citizens. My husband got very upset with them and he was told that someone will come to the room with a portable A/C unit. They did but it really messed our second night there.

What, no alcohol from outside?
Nice room on the end of the hallway. Great patio. However, when we brought in snacks and drinks from the store Dow the street we were told alcohol was not allowed to be brought into the hotel.

The property was in an excellent location. Great view of the lake. the issue I had was that they provided you with a wristband to identify you as a guest of the hotel. At every meal we encountered the staff to question or look at the wrist band and they indicated that our breakfast was not included with our room reservation. There was no expectation from us to have our meal included or expect the food to be free. This was very annoying and disrespectful. The beauty of the location was diminished by the staff.

Everything was great, room was clean, view was beautiful. The only thing I would of wished it would have mentioned in Expedia is that the rooms don’t have air conditioning. Other then that it was a great stay.
