I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I wish there was a pool/jacuzzi. Rooms were clean, spacious, and beds were comfortable. Staff were nice. Central location for downtown sac.

Breakfast was horrible based on what they charged. To have a cup of coffee, they asked for $22 which was breakfast cost. For limited pastry, cheese, juice and coffee are not worth $22!

Minor inconvenience
Housekeeping left a few things undone in our room prior to us arriving-someone else's food and dirty glasses were in the in room refrigerator. Also big hair balls were left behind in the trashcan. The food and bar, front desk staff, valet, and bartender were all wonderful. Would definitely stay here again if going to an event at Golden 1

Modern well designed rooms in a great location for golden 1 stadium. We met some really great staff but also had some poor experiences. However, we stayed 3 nights and never got any housekeeping though. When we asked via the app, no one got back to us. When we called the second day, they weren't apologetic at all and only said "we're too short staffed". The bartender at the bar our first night was very frazzled and commented multiple times on being "alone and unable to keep up". We were patient and saw two groups sit down after us. We were all at the bar. When she got caught up enough to come serve us she started with the last group to be seated and then the second. We gave up and just left. The last night we were there a great, very sociable and adept bartender was there. I took a glass of wine to my room that was absolutely undrinkable though. I dumped it down the sink. I should have it back of course but I didn't bother.
