Very clean room, but only one large towel provided (there were two of us) and both the bath towel and hand towels were super stiff and rough. The shower also didnt get hot, only just beyond lukewarm.

My whole experience was bad. Really nice employees but did do what they said they would. It took me 4 times requesting coffee packets in the room. The first time was the evening we checked in and no showed up. I called the front desk the next morning and was told she was by herself and no one to bring it. I walked all the way to the front desk and was told they didn’t have any there but would send someone with it. Shortly after returning to my room the maid knocked she hung a bag with half of the coffee requested. I opened the bag and it stunk so bad. Upon further inspection the cups had mold all over them. I called back to the front desk the clerk said I will send someone back with more coffee, again she brought only half of what I ask for this time I caught the maid myself and asked for 3 more packs of coffee. I brought a friend to this hotel because it was closest to the cancer center. After this experience we both said we will not stay there again. I could not believe it was a Hilton hotel. I had stayed at several Hilton properties in the past but no more.

AC not working for the two days I was there so I slept in cold room. Balcony sliding door not opening easily and not shutting tightly so cold air coming in despite the service man coming to look at it. Called multiple times for service and some never came. Really unexpected from a hotel that looks decent inside and outside.

Comfortable clean but no a/c!!!
Hotel was clean, service was good, beds were comfortable. Balcony was locked which sucked because the a/c was not working. I was so hot I had to go lay in the hallway of the hotel. Luckily it was so cold I was able to cool off and go back to my room to sleep.

Rooms were renewed and looked fine. Even with 3 nights no housekeeping unless you asked. Outside of the building still looks old. Inside is like a labyrinth. The pool and jacuzzi were being reconstructed, jacuzzi was already out 6 months ago. This is unfortunately something Expedia is very bad at with informing on their website. They don’t update the info about amenities and this happens often.

I couldn’t have been more please with my time at doubletree. I needed a place with an outdoor patio or balcony and this did the trick. The room was clean, nicely sized and well appointed for my needs. The updated bathroom was beautiful and the beds extra comfortable. What was so unexpected was the next level quality of service from the hotel staff. I was so well taken care of especially since I had all kinds of deliveries from Amazon and Instacart being delivered and strange accommodation requests.
