The staff was so friendly, everyone who works there had a huge smile on their face! However, one person from the staff stood out the most and that was Ms. Golden, she was so welcoming to my friend and & I (we drove from Riverside, did a turn around trip, and going right back to Riverside). Ms. Golden went above and beyond for us during breakfast and for the drive we were about to go on, it meant A LOT to us! This place had a great staff, clean, and not to mention the cost! Gotta check this place out!

The hotel staff was great. Very surprised when we walked in to an Octoberfest party in the lobby. My wife left several shirts in the closet. When I called I expected them to say they were gone. They got them and saved them at the front desk. I would stay here again for sure.

The mattress and pillows were lumpy and very uncomfortable. The walls are thin and I could hear the conversations in the hall, adjacent rooms and outside. The free breakfast was very limited. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
