Stayed overnight for a concert at Golden 1. My bestie and I were actually surprised at how nice the hotel and the room was. A little dated, but that did not affect us having a good stay. The AC was a bit loud and too cold/warm at times, but it’s hot in Sac, so I imagine it’s hard for big hotels to have perfect temperatures. I would definitely stay here again. Wendy at the front desk was great too! Thanks for everything HI!

Good service for members and clean room
We were able to check in super early, the usual time is 3 and we were in our room at 10:30. You have to become a member and the front desk lady said it was free but then asked for a credit card on file and I was charged $50. Not sure what it was for since I paid through hotels.com for my room. We had a towel that had a clump of hair on it but the room was otherwise clean and the AC worked. I recommend staying here if you’re going to anything at Golden 1 Center. It’s not even a five minute walk from the hotel. There’s a mall nearby so eating out was convenient.

Enjoyed our stay. Great downtown location to visit old Sac and downtown. Great customer service and easy check in and out. $30 parking is a bit much especially when you can park next door for $20. Why not just match it or beat it. Pool area is large but can use some updating and sprucing up. Pool itself is on the smaller side. Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable and room is quiet. Overall I would recommend stay here and I myself would stay here again.

I had an amazing stay. The only frustrating part was waiting for the elevator due to the large group events. Aside from that, I have zero complaints. Will be staying again.
