The front desk staff seemed to be irritated with checking in guests. Not too friendly! The waitresses at the bar were in our personal space when we were trying to eat. Vey rude! The surrounding area had a lot of homeless and drug users. Can be unsafe for single women travelers. The property was clean.

Staff were great! The rooms were clean just the hotel it self looks a bit run down. They should invest in better floors and deep wash outside because it could smell like urine. The hotels location is great. I just wish they woild take care of the floors and renovate to bring a better vibe to the place.

All the staff was outstanding. Location was fantastic. The only negative was at least one of the elevators was always not working and you cannot use the steps to go upstairs as an alternative to waiting on elevators.

If you are spending the day in Old town or catching an event at the Golden One center, this is the place to stay! Easy pedestrian path both directions to some great places in a short walk. The rooms show some age but the convenience to walk everywhere overseas that. Room had a refrigerator but no microwave. The staff was incredible too. Will stay again with the family for sure.
