The room was very clean. I always clean my hotel rooms when I check in. I was cleaning the room and every surface I cleaned there was no residual dirt. The floor was vacuumed and the room smelled fresh. This is my second time staying here and I will definitely stay here again when I visit the area.

It’s an average Springhill. Nothing special. However, my first room had no working TV or phone. I arrived late, and there was no one that knew how to fix. But the staff did do their best to try. I got a new room after I was told my only option “because of my Orbitz rate” was a handicapped room. That TV was not working either but they did find someone to set it up. I believe these are rooms that rarely are used and they are not ready to go. ??. Other than that, the staff was as helpful as they could be and the property was fine for what I needed. It was quiet and that’s always a huge plus. Just wish if the hotel room reserved thru Orbitz has a problem, that the hotel owns it and makes it up to the customer w a same room replacement and stop saying they can’t because I booked thru Orbitz.

We were in Roseville for a competitive swim meet and we wanted a place for our granddaughter to relax between sessions. Only about 10 minutes from the pool and plenty of stores around for supplies.
