Good basic place for one overnite.
Entire staff was pleasant and professional/helpful. Room was clean, basic. Bed was terrible and uncomfortable. We felt every bump and hardly any cover.(inadequate) Breakfast was great and waffles were delicious! We did feel secure with the fence surrounding the property and the alert security guard. No noise problem at all.

Domestic arguments were happening in the parking lot throughout the night between various parties. Lots of homeless folks hanging out near entrance and exit. The common areas and room smelled bad. This is not a safe motel for families.

Pet charge too much!
i initially stayed with only with my husband but the next night i had to keep my puppy with us. My daughter who was not staying with me has two dogs of her own and she came ionly for a visit but the hotel people made me pay for her dogs as well as my own. The charge was $100 and i was told it was because the room had to be specially cleaned due to the pet dander. I agreed to the cleaninng even though i have only ine dog but the next day i again was charged for all 3 dogs. The room only needs to be cleaned 1 time after I check out and it will be cleaned the same for 1 dog as it would for 3 so I feel the extra charges were not just. This place is not a good place to stay if you have pets it costs way too much extra for nothing reall at all

1st day set the tone for the family
My first night was terrible water didn’t work floors were bad no towels available for entire party tv went out and no fan in bathroom and I’m the only girl out of 4. No jacuzzi, No hand soap, shampoo or conditioner stocked. It was miserable. After I let front desk know I got an upgraded room the next day and everything I needed only thing was carpet was still bad and the tv went in and out. Thank you front desk women Silvia I think that was her name that saved the day. Also the breakfast was not half bad but since first day was horrible my relationship and stress level lasted most of the rest of my stay there

I booked this room last minute because our complex was without power for 3 days and I had no where to go. I should have looked at the reviews but it was cheap and all I could afford in my area. This area is so sketchy! So many drug addicts everywhere! They were fighting in the middle of the night, one guy kept knocking on our door and yelling some girls name. Then the people next to us would sit right outridden our door smoking weed. I’m so happy my son was with me but if I were alone I’d probably wouldn’t even leave the room it was scary. Cops also showed up one day. Then the room was dirty. It smelled, the floors were clean, the bedding smelled strongly of bleach. The only part of the stay that was pleasant was the staff in the front and that they had a free hot breakfast every morning. This would be ok for a quick overnight if you’re traveling through Sacramento but I would not stay longer than that.

Overall the stay was exactly what we needed. Locked gates, big bed, and room plus an outdoor patio facing the pool. Didn’t think I would appreciate that part as much as I did, but it was the most enjoyable part of the stay. Breakfast in the lobby was great as well. Overall for the price and location it was great, everything else was standard
