COTTAGE WITH WONDERFUL LOCATION AT LAKE VÄNERN

We have a small house with a wonderful location, only 120 m from Åkershus bay.

It is located at the tip of Värmlandsnäs 4 mil from Saffle and is suitable for 2-3 persons.

It is 120 m to the beach with shallow water and sandy beach, just go down directly with your bathing suit on.


The cottage has a bedroom with two good beds and kitchen.
1 extra bed can be arranged if necessary.

The cottage has a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, stove with 2 hot plates. The water in cans deliveres to the house. The cottage has a nice outdoor toilet but no bathroom.

It's also very nice to kayak among the many beautiful islands nearby.
The archipelago is incredibly beautiful here!

DESCRIPTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT:

The cottage is located in a rural setting next to Vänern at the end of Värmlandsnäs. Ekenäs Harbor is 1 km away. There is a nice café and restaurant with lovely outdoor terrace, Restaurang Ekenäs also serves good hot food and alcohol. Occasionally they organize Live music nights. https://ekenas-camping.se/restaurang/

Boat trips leave daily during the summer to Lurö.

There is a nice walking path along the water and do you like to pick berries, you can just go outside the house.

Other:
Rowing boat is available for free, motorboat can be rented for 200 Euro per week. If it's the first time you rent the motor boat, Henrik, if possible, usually goes on the first trip so you get used to the boat and give tips on good fishing places.

Sublime, Serene, Perfect!
The perfect Swedish nature experience! We absolutely loved our seven days at the summer house! Henrik and Anja are the perfect welcoming hosts, we now regard them as friends. The summer house is delightful, everything you need and more , the beds are very comfortable, we slept soundly! We enjoyed Magical evenings sitting on the veranda watching amazing Swedish wildlife. We were astounded at the diversity of wildlife we encountered! It is a truly wonderful area, we took walks through the forests, boated and waded on the sparkling lake, it was a nature experience the like of which we had never experienced before. It is so quiet and peaceful, a true unwind experience. There is a beautiful restaurant on the lake only a short walk away through a truly enchanting forest. We were there for seven days but it felt like a two week rest, totally cleansed and refreshed! We can totally recommend Henrik and Anja’s beautiful summer house and will definitely be returning to visit! Thank you both again!

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt in bester Lage mit total netten Gastgebern
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Die Hütte ist einfach ausgestattet, aber es gibt alles, was man braucht. Man kann auch sehr schön im Garten sitzen und die Ruhe genießen. Von der Hütte aus kann man wunderbar durch die Heide, an Felsen und dem See entlang spazieren gehen, der See und tolle Bademöglichkeiten sind nur einen Steinwurf entfernt.Amja und Henrik sind tolle Gastgeber, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen. Wir waren wirklich traurig abzureisen, aber waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal dort! Wir können einen Aufenthalt dort also nur empfehlen!

Herzliche Vermieter / Traumhafte Lage
Vom Empfang über die Betreuung während des Urlaubs bis zum Abschied waren Anja und Henrik herzliche Gastgeber. Von dem Häuschen darf man keinen Luxus erwarten, denn es ist genau so wir es beschrieben wird. Da ich das Ferienhaus als Stützpunkt für meine Paddeltouren, u.a. nach Lourön genutzt habe, war die Lage ideal. Die Schärenküste ist ein Traum und mit einem Bootswagen ist das Kajak im Nu im Wasser. Eine Wanderung an der Küste entlang zum kleinen Hafen nach Ekenäs mit einem Abstecher zum Aussichtspunkt (Mein Favorit) und zur Südspitze sind ein unbedingtes Muss. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Urlaub an Anja und Henrik.

Wunderschön und gemütlich
Die Hütte hat eine traumhafte Lage direkt am See, mit sehr schönem Sandstrand. Zwischen schönen und abwechslungsreichen Wäldern kann man die Zeit wunderbar mit Wandern, Bootstouren oder Schwimmen im See verbringen. Auch wenn das Wasser kalt ist, lohnt es sich da einmal reinzuspringen, es ist beeindruckend klar. Anja und Henrik sind total herzlich, liebenswürdig und haben alles getan, damit wir uns zu Hause fühlen konnten. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und können diese kleine Hütte nur weiter empfehlen.

Wunderbare Alternative zum Campingurlaub und Entspannung pur in schöner Umgebung
Für uns (2 Erw. und 1 Kind) waren die 14 Tage in der kleinen Hütte am Vänern-See absolut erholsam und schön. Wir haben diesen friedvollen Platz sehr ins Herz geschlossen. Die Hütte ist klein, aber gemütlich und bot für uns alles Nötige - kleine Küche mit 2-Platten-Herd, Gartenmöbel zum Essen und Sitzen direkt am Haus, der See mit herrlichem Sandstrand in Sichtweite... Für uns ist die Hütte eine gute Alternative zum Camping. Wir meinen, das Häuschen ist wunderbar für Leute, die Ruhe suchen, die mit Einfachheit zurecht kommen und mit folgenden Umständen kein Problem haben: das Wasser vom Grundstück der Vermieter zu holen, kleine Räume, Plumpsklo hinter dem Haus, und zum Duschen läuft man 1 km zum Campingplatz von Ekenäs. Der Vänern ist hier so flach, dass man auch mit einem kleineren Kind sehr entspannt dort baden und planschen kann. Wir würden das Häuschen jederzeit wieder wählen. Unser herzlicher Dank geht an die Vermieter Anja und Hendrik für Ihre große Freundlichkeit.

Super und jederzeit wieder!
Also uns als kleine Familie hat es bei Anja und Henrik einfach ganz sehr gefallen. Die Lage ist traumhaft, viel Natur gibt es zu sehen (auch Elche) und ein sehr schöner kleiner Strand lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Hütte war für uns völlig ausreichend. Ein Schuppen zum Räder abstellen, gefüllt mit Holz und einem Grill war auch dabei. Toll. Danke nochmal an euch! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Süßes einfaches Ferienhäuschen, perfekt für einen Sommerurlaub am See.
Die Ferienhausbesitzer waren super freundlich und herzlich. Sie waren für jede Frage ansprechbar egal worum es ging. Die Lage vom Ferienhaus ist wunderschön mit Blick auf den See und rund herum hat es tolle kleine Waldwege die zum Wandern einladen. Das Haus ist klein und schlicht, aber hat alles was man braucht. Auch zu zweit mit einem Baby war es vollkommen ausreichend.
