The pool/hot tub not clean. Very dated rooms our room was on the ground floor and you could hear everything above you. Would not recommend!

There were many frustrations with this establishment. The room had holes in it, the toilet was too small, and the curtains couldn’t close, so my wife and I didn’t have any privacy. We had to use a chair to keep them barely closed. The pool area was disgusting and unsafe. The pool water looked murky, and the floor was very slippery; attempting to walk on it gently was still a challenge. They also had no extra towels for anyone who might need one, and the vending machines weren’t working either. The eggs at the breakfast counter made me sick to my stomach. This morning, we had breakfast, and the food made me sick. Whoever prepared the food needs to be fired. I experienced severe stomach issues all day. This was a very frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here until they resolve their problems. The only positive note I can give this place is that the staff were very polite; I had no issues with them. In any case, I won’t be returning here. It was a very disappointing experience.

You DO NOT get what you pay for!
On our way to our room the hallway carpets looked like they had not been cleaned in 10 years. We got to the room & it was stale and musty smelling. Only had 2 towels and 2 wash clothes for 4 adults. Went to ask for 2 more towels and wash clothes and some air freshener. Worker was confused as to why we needed more and never brought air freshener. No bed bugs but found a bug crawling on one of the pillows. Went to take a shower and there was long dark hair all over the walls. Much needed cleaning and updates. Not worth the money I had to pay.

The room was extremely dirty. The bathroom had mold in the shower. The room smelled terrible, the bed was broken. We asked to be moved to a new room and the 2nd room was also dirty. The last room was acceptable. The GM did refund our money and apologized. She was extremely kind and said thet they are under new owners and are starting renovations. Maybe wait for a year and see if they have renovated this facility.

It was a pleasant enough stay for the very reasonable price. The property is in the middle of changing management and was undergoing renovations during our brief stay. It is conveniently located to both Birch Run and Frankenmuth, so plus for that. Breakfast included, but the line for the single waffle maker was a bit too long. The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful! Prepare to be underwhelmed by the TV station selections though!

OK stay
Room was clean but curtain rods were broke and a lamp wouldn’t turn on. Manager said it was going through renovations and I hope so because it wasn’t as nice and in as good of condition as it used to be. Breakfast was good

Staff was great. Very friendly very helpful The bathtub in our room was peeling in the bottom, no housekeeping except every 3 days The pool was something. We arrived before most people that day My sons went direct to pool Wife and i came shortly after. To our horror you could see long black hair floating every where in pool all over the deck and in hot tub. Unfortunately we really dicovered this when my 14 yr old swaam into a clump of long black hair. Then at that time we noticed it everywhere. Actually fliating all over the pool, ive never seen enough hair in a pool that you could see it from the deck. I did mention this to staff and it seems the issue was cleaned but it ruined the pool for us to the loint that we have decided it to even book hotels w pools.

Dirty beds.
The check in and the guy who check us un were great. Super nice guy very patient and accommodating. We went to the room and it started out ok. There was a candy wrapper on the floor, but things happen. Then we noticed there was a bed cover and a pillow waded up on the changing bench. Thought that was weird but kept moving. I turned down the bed and found the sheets had blood stains on the sheets. There was also small black specs and a seed in the bed. I called the front desk and he promptly switched our room. He had me check it and as i turned down the bed i saw the same black specs and this bed had little hairs all over the sheets. Like pubic hair. So he found us a 3rd room. It seemed to be clean and we stayed but i was uncomfortable most of the night, wondering if the bed was actually clean.
