Take this hotel off your website. I do not write reviews. However, I took the time here because it is necessary. The property is for sale. Pictures show grand opening I’m assuming. Showed up to spend one night with my wife and three small children. First we noticed the pot holes on the approach. Then it was the 3 foot high weeds throughout the front of the property. Next, it was the empty pool with more weeds surrounding it. Then it got even worse! The only employee I ever saw has an attitude of what do you want. Not that I blame her. We get our room and it was booked for four but apparently you must exchange towels for anything over 2. I went to go get my own towels from my car and realized during that the door to our room would not latch closed. I told the front counter staff about the issue and she stated the maintenance man has gone home for the week. I insisted and was thankfully given a new room. Other than these minor issues the obvious drug users walking around the hotel, as well as inside the hotel make it obvious they are running a terrible hotel and ownership doesn’t care at all. I wish I got the number but the owner name was Miller.

They didn’t have sheets for the sofa bed. We were told to wait for third shift as she didn’t know where stuff was. That was 2 hrs. Then when we finally got a blanket and sheets we were given a blanket with holes. It was ripped and gross. The coach had burn holes in it. In the am we were told they weren’t serving breakfast because they had forgot. DO NOT STAY HERE

Hotel was very dirty, no service and just not a good place to stay. Hair in the shower, Jet tub spit out some very gross stuff when turned on and lots of bad smells (everywhere)

Great employees who handled issues gracefully. Breakfast was skimpy. No fruit or eggs. Coffee scarce. Loved those who were on duty. Needed pillow cases for my room. Place is clean , close to activities but looks like it has fallen on hard times. Would I stay there again. Maybe. But buy my own breakfast.

Several things didn't go right, from the door handle coming off in my hand, the elevator wasn't working, smelled pot a lot, bathroom floor hadn't been mopped, unclean bedspread (look underneath) and glass shards in the carpet outside the bathroom. I cut my foot, it bled but we cleaned it up. There were other stains on the carpet that had not been cleaned. The staff was excellent though. Felt bad for them.

The elevator was not working had a room on second floor When we got to our room and opened the door a staff member was laying on the couch and watching tv. The couch, carpet and walls were dirty/stained The outdoor pool was not filled with water so couldn't swim.

Stains throughout entire hotel. A 2 liter of Irvine was in the hallway. Staff was nowhere to be found. First room we were sent to, opened door-lights were on and beds were not made. Put us in a room with sofa and bed no discount. Carpet in bedroom had black stains, we left our shoes on. Windows throughout smudged, door handles dirty, broken elevator, staircase was musty and walls had streaks. Place should be shut down

Building was very run down, dirty. Never saw a maid or any cleaning staff. Front desk person was always on her phone complaining about other staff members. Her and a man had a very loud argument in front lobby while we were having breakfast.

Yes, it’s an older hotel and desperately needs renovation. However, not at all like what was described in earlier reviews. Clean, comfortable. Did the job for a place for a weary traveler to rest before carrying on. Would recommend, but keep your expectations low.

This hotel was disgusting, reeked of marijuana being consumed in the rooms, property in terrible condition, weeds everywhere sticking up through broken concrete. 2nd floor window missing and a piece of torn plastic over it flapping in the wind. Drug deals going on in the parking lots. Halls cluttered with garbage, work boots. They advertise a pool, it had less than a foot of dirty water full of garbage in it and did not appear to have been used in some time, broken concrete deck. The staff very friendly, but they obviously get no help or support from Quality Inn management. The place should be condemned.
