Would have been a perfect review except...
Prior to arriving, I had contacted hotel to ask if an earlier than 4pm check in was possible as we were tired from driving. Either way it was fine but didn't hurt to ask. I was unfurnished that there was a wedding party that night and they come 1st. No issues with that but the manner in which it was said was a bit off setting to me. My money is no different than someone getting married. I'm a paying customer as well. A different tone would have made all the difference. Get to hotel, check in, Alexis was pleasant at front desk. Workers all kind with smiles and hellos. Room was Amazing!!! Definitely beyond what I thought. Hotel super clean. Next morning breakfast was late but no big deal. The lovely woman was kind, sociable and friendly ❤️ Walked for housekeeping all day to clean room as we had a bunch of food trash and no towels from showering. Left for a concert at 3, came back late and room had never been touched. Consumed with front desk this morning at check out thinking maybe they don't do turn overs. That was not the case. Room 125 was also at desk reporting they never received room services either. Would have been nice to shower before leaving but again we didn't pull in until late as we were at a concert. Desk was closed. Also, did not know as we came in that room wasn't done. Over all, great place, friendly folks. Would stay again. Nice area, everything you need.
