Great food and close to the castle.
The staff were very helpful in guiding us through the French menu in English. the steak was the best I have had after 2 weeks of travel in France. A different restaurant menu every night it seems. Also it is within easy walking distance to the Castle.

The hotel is within 5 minute walk of the Narbonne Gate of the medieval citadel of Carcassone. We had a lovely view of this amazing fortification from our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was charming and very good. Absolutely perfect location if you are driving.

Friendly and helpful staff. There are only 3/4 taxis in the area and on arrival at the airport we could not get one. We rang the hotel who arranged it. The staff told us they were going to undertake a major renovation over the winter. We have stayed before here and could not fault it. In terms of location it’s immediately below the castle and a five minute walk.
