Very nice vacation home with swimming pool in the Alpes Maritimes, in a green oasis of tranquility. On a plot on the outskirts of the magnificent medieval village of St. Cézaire-sur-Siagne, 30 km from Cannes and 16 km from Grasse, you will find this charming family home on a large plot of almost 3 hectares ( 1500m² of which are reserved for you), with a nice pool to cool off. After the magnificent panorama of the village overlooking the wooded hills and the Massif des Maures and the Estérel mountains, treat yourself to a day of relaxation at Paca Adventures Park at the entrance of the village , ideal for the whole family, with a playground of 1000 m2 with nets and trampolines suspended at different heights between the trees, but also a laser game, an acrobatics course and a mini golf Right next to the famous caves of St Cézaire-sur-Siagne, where sound and light shows take place in summer. Another great walk will take you to the lake of St Cassien, where numerous nautical activities such as kayaking and pedal boating are available. You can also practice fishing and tree climbing. A few kilometers away you can also stroll through the alleys of the beautiful city of Grasse and discover the internationally famous perfume factories, take advantage of the fine sandy beaches of the Côte d'Azur or even enjoy the charm of the Riviera of Cannes. in Monaco via Nice, Antibes, St. Paul de Vence ...
