The staff went above and beyond. Very friendly and even brought a little package for our dog with a big treat, blanket, etc. they remembered us and everyone was very friendly. Loved that there’s laundry onsite. Room was clean too.

The staff was helpful, property was clean, they always had enough food at breakfast and ensured everything was kept clean. I didn’t have my dog with me but they welcome dogs which is nice to know.

The room was nice and bed was perfect to sleep in. The pillows were great! Check in was fast and friendly. Usually stay at Holiday Inn’s, but may stay more often at these hotels.

The room was booked as a King Room. Upon arrived and check in the room was for a disabled person. Why would Expedia book a disabled room when we booked a king. This was very upsetting after a long day of travel. We are not disabled. Taking a disabled room away from someone who would need this particular is just wrong. We are not happy the way the room was booked and will think twice before we book thru Expedia again. However the hotel Staff changed the booking to a double Queen for us. But we never did get the King room we booked. We are not satisfied with the service from Expedia.
