Plenty of free parking. The first room that we were given, it appeared that someone had been in the room prior. One bed had been disturbed and a used dirty wash clothe in the bathroom. We notified the front desk and they gave us a different room immediately, and apologized.

This hotel is needing a deep cleaning. I had to request another room due to the smell in 109. They moved me to 125 which wasn’t much better but it was already 9:30 pm for checkin and I was tired. 125 is an adjoining room and the bathroom door to that unit is right beside the shared door and you can hear everything from the next room. I’ve stayed here before on the second floor but no elevator so learned not to take a second floor room with lots of luggage. I won’t be staying again.

Pool side suite
There is no elevator in this 2 storey hotel. When asked if we wanted a 2nd floor suite, we said we didn’t want to climb stairs. They gave us a pool side suite on the main floor. It was great because we could sit on the pool deck to eat our food, and entertain family and friends. The hotel is older, but well built. Maintenance is fair. Food service was good, but a bit slow.

Get what you pay for
The room was tidy and clean, but the overall condition is a bit tired. The bathtub was very slow to drain but the end of your shower you were standing in 2 inches of water. The shower curtain rod was drooping which left about 5 inches of curtains in the tub. Mix that with the water and you have an accident waiting to happen.

They were provided me a very good room that let me have a good sleep. Every thing was clean and tidy in my room and bathroom. The reception staffs there also pretty helpful and polite. Totally recommend anyone look for a nice place to stay in Winnipeg. Many thanks for your caring service.

Only second stay, pool is great, restaurant/bar is fun. Not sure if room was supposed to be that loud but air conditioner made weird noises almost every hour overnight, did not sleep well. We did let front desk know this.

This hotel is straight out of the 1990s. But fear not, it has everything you will need. Pool area is nice, breakfast is excellent (including the brewed coffee, which is actually dark enough), and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean. I liked the fact. That the toiletries were smaller so there was less waste. The staff were very nice. The front desk was happy to help and the housekeeping was friendly. Overall our stay was very pleasant. It would have been nice if the pool was open for longer and the location is very much isolated from the City since it's on the highway but that's to be expected
