GĆ®te dans un petit village typique du PĆ©rigord, trĆØs trĆØs calme. Accueil trĆØs sympathique par le propriĆ©taire. GĆ®te agrĆ©able et Ć©quipĆ© convenablement. On pourrait toutefois amĆ©liorer la qualitĆ© de la literie de la chambre. Place pour garer la voiture devant le gĆ®te, petit salon de jardin et barbecue Ć  disposition dans le terrain juste devant la porte. Nous recommandons chaleureusement !

Ferienwohnung nicht empfehlenwert!
Trotz dreimaligen Anrufens war der Vermieter nicht in der Lage, eine konkrete Wegbeschreibung zur Ferienwohnung abzugeben. Der Empfang war sehr unfreundlich und diese Unfreundlichkeit zog sich auch bis zum Ende durch. Der Vermieter bot keine EinfĆ¼hrung in die Wohnung an und auch keine Informationen oder Hilfestellungen bzgl. weiterer Informationen zur Umgebung, GeschƤften etc. wie sie sonst bei Vermieter*innen Ć¼blich sind, die Interesse an Ihren GƤsten haben. Die Waschmaschiene war kaputt, was uns im Vorfeld nicht mitgeteilt wurde und sie wurde auch wƤhrend unseres Aufenthaltes nicht repariert. Vertragliche Unklarheiten bzgl. der Nutzung der Heizung und einer Abschlussreinigung sorgten fĆ¼r Ƅrger, was auch daran lag, dass der Vermieter sehr unfreundlich und nicht entgegenkommend war. Die angekĆ¼ndigten Gartenmƶbel bestanden aus 2 PlastikstĆ¼hlen der billigsten Sorte ohne Auflagen und einem Plastiktisch. Keine Gartenliegen und kein Sonnenschirm. Die Einrichtung der KĆ¼che bestand aus Tƶpfen ohne Deckel, z.T. defektem, billigsten Besteck, einigen wenigen Tellern und SchlĆ¼sseln. Es gab keinerlei kleine NotvorrƤte, wie sie in Ferienwohnungen Ć¼blich sind, man muss wirklich alles mitbringen, wenn man kochen mƶchte. Die Lampen waren z.T. ohne GlĆ¼hbirnen. Das Bad war mit billigsten Plastikteilen bestĆ¼ckt und hatte Schimmelecken. Der Staubsauger stank nach alten Tierhaaren. Die Kommunikation mit FeWo direkt in dieser Zeit war widersprĆ¼chlich, kompliziert und wenig hilfreich. Der Vermieter scheint sich an VertrƤge mit FeWo direkt nicht gebunden zu fĆ¼hlen, denn er sagte, "er macht seine eigenen Regeln" (Zitat). Fazit: Diese Ferienwohnung kƶnnen wir auf keinen Fall trotz schƶner Umgebung empfehlen.
