I stayed at this hotel a couple times before and it was much better then. They used to make fresh popcorn in the lobby for guests and would give you a bottle of water or beer when checking in. There was none of that this time around. This hotel is very basic and doesn’t make you feel appreciated to come back. The room does not have a microwave and no place to heat up your food if you are hungry. I had food that I ate cold which was not very appetizing. The pool was small and water was colder than most hotels I have been to. The lobby does have coffee/tea and hot water I asked staff if there was anything for kids and he said no. I asked if he had any hot chocolate and he said they were all out. Nothing to give my child which was disappointing. In the canteen behind desk there are no healthy options just your basic junk food. Breakfast was your basic fake eggs and fake sausage patties that are heated up in a microwave and then placed in hot buffet dishes to give the illusion that it’s homemade. Beds and room was clean and staff were friendly. Other than that I have to say I won’t be staying there again in the future.

I enjoyed our room. It was large with a fireplace and jet tub. My only issue was after losing something and it rolling under the bed it was very very obvious they do not regularly clean under the beds. I found random balls from a toy and a lot of dirt.

The pool was definitely too small for the hotel size. We booked this hotel especially because of the slide and the kids barely were able to use it. Breakfast was very limited and staff wasn’t the most friendly.

Our trip was good. Only overnight. Felt the walls in the bathroom could use a scrubbing, stains on walls and on door frame. Hems in the curtains were falling out. And fridge froze our food but we did tell the front desk and he accomadated us on our bill. Which i very much appreciated as a single mom..
