The Automated check in terminal was off. The nigh watchman was impolite, and if he eventually turned on the Terminal, was repeatedly rude and even turned agressive to the point I considered leaving the facility.

Great for one night
Good hotel to stay for one night while heading further south. Close to restaurants, shops, etc. Wouldn't want to stay for longer though, definitely lacks the holiday kind feel - room was on the small side, not cleaned to a high standard though sheets were perfect. Recommend while passing through to go somewhere else.

Quand nous sommes entrĆ©s dans notre chambre, avec les codes donnĆ©s Ć  l'accueil, la chambre Ć©tait dĆ©jĆ  occupĆ©e... Nous avons dormi dans la voiture... aprĆØs plus d'une heure Ć  essayer de joindre quelq'un (que ce soit hotels.com ou B and B) HĆ“tels.com ne nous a pas trouvĆ© une solution de remplacement ou loin de la ville et cela aprĆØs plus d'une heure de "tchat" Pourquoi deux clients sur la mĆŖme chambre ? Erreur humaine : la personne Ć  l'accueil Ć  notre arrivĆ©e a pris la rĆ©servation au "prĆ©nom" et pas au nom de famille... nous Ć©tions deux avec le mĆŖme prĆ©nom et nous avons eu la mĆŖme chambre. alors, c'est une erreur humaine doublĆ©e d'une erreur systĆØme car comment le systĆØme informatique peut-il ne pas bloquer pour Ć©viter de donner Ć  deux clients les mĆŖmes codes d'accĆØs et la mĆŖme chambre ? Nous avons tentĆ© de joindre quelqu'un, sans succĆØs. Il parait qu'il y a un appel d'urgence Ć  l'extĆ©rieur de l'hĆ“tel... mais nous Ć©tions dedans ! Et un bouton ou une information DANS l'hĆ“tel serait un minimum. Si une fuite d'eau ou un problĆØme a lieu pendant la nuit, les clients ne vont pas sortir de l'hĆ“tel pour trouver un bouton d'appel d'urgence ! Ils vont le chercher vers le guichet d'accueil.
