In the heart of Gâtinais, the cottage is located in a wooded residence, along a path. The house is independent with a covered terrace, on 2500 m² of land which is both wooded and opens onto the countryside.

The whole is in a peaceful environment. Ideal for discovering the Gâtinais with the possibility of hiking and visiting local and regional heritage. ALL-INCLUSIVE COTTAGE for 4 people including babies.
For professionals, 2 people maximum because there are only 2 rooms.

With access only from the outside:
Bedroom n°2 (2 single beds) with adjoining WC.

Electric heating.

Deposit for the gîte of €400 + Barbecue cleaning deposit of €40.

Included in the prices: heating + electricity (capped at 15 KWh per day), sheets, towels, cleaning.

Baby equipment on request.

No demonstrations or other parties.

All professional contracts are refused.
The all-inclusive rate includes: bed and bathroom linen for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning
(excluding dishes and bins), heating and electricity with reasoned and reasonable consumption - if the heating of the gîte is electric, you have 15 KWh per day (the excess will have to be paid on site to the accommodation providers).

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
