Résidence propre, sécurisée et calme avec la possibilité de se garer gratuitement à proximité La cuisine est toutefois un peu rudimentaire, suffisante pour un séjour de quelques jours, mais un peu limite pour une durée plus longue. Très fonctionnel mais manque équipements cuisine, comme cafetière électrique, et équipement sommaire. Énormément de bruit dans la rue et pas de climatisation donc obligatoire de laisser velux ouvert donc mauvaises nuits.

Appart correct mais non adapté aux fortes chaleurs. Avec la canicule Impossible de rester dans l'appart sans risque de malaise. Avons du écourter notre séjour 3nuits au lieu de 5 prévues. (Pour info eclairage miroir salle de bains à revoir)
