Ideal location: 1500 m from Raisins Clairs beach, quiet residential area, in a small housing estate, in a dead end, chemin de Trézel. Close to shops (Carrefour Contact) and the town center with all shops and restaurants, nautical services and leisure activities, Marina, golf, casino.

Beautiful villa newly renovated at the end of 2021: Large 8x4 swimming pool, 80 m2 of large sunny and shaded terraces, fully equipped kitchen, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms for 6 people maximum, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets.

Prices include: bed sheets, beds made on arrival, bathroom towels and pool towels, tourist tax. End of stay cleaning 150 euros is to be paid on site.

Villa superbe et proche de toutes activités
Bon séjour dans cette villa moderne et très fonctionnelle. Monsieur Bonnet a été disponible à tout moment et nous a sympathiquement accueilli malgré notre arrivée tardive. Le livret d’accueil est top et nous a vraiment aidé lors de notre séjour. Un ventilateur dans le salon et une petite douchette pour se laver le pieds au retour de la plage seraient un plus.

Superbe location ! Tout y est, la situation géographique est ideale, la maison est tres propre, securisee, conviviale, et bien équipée ! Dominique est fort sympathique et à l'écoute. Je recommande vivement cette maison autant pour les adultes que pour les enfants.

Super schönes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung
Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Trezel war traumhaft. Wir haben uns nach jedem Ausflug gefreut in das Haus zurück zukommen. Der Pool war wirklich perfekt und wir haben bisher noch nie ein besser ausgestattetes Haus gemietet. Dominique hat sich super um alles gekümmert und es war alles für den ersten Tag vorhanden. Ich würde das Haus immer wieder mieten.

Un fabuleux séjour
La maison est bien placée et au calme, comme annoncé. Elle est en parfait état, très fonctionnelle et il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut. La piscine est grande et agréable, son éclairage coloré a fait le plaisir des enfants. Le propriétaire a été très arrangeant sur les heures d'arrivée et de départ, ce qui est très agréable. Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour et nous espérons avoir la chance de revenir!
