Nous sommes arrivĆ©s sur place mais Monique, qui devait nous accueillir n'a pas Ć©tĆ© prĆ©venu de notre arrivĆ©e. Sur ce , c'est son mari, Denis, qui nous a prĆ©senter sommairement la location. Quelques points sont Ć  revoir sur la location,manque d'Ć©clairage et vaisselle. Piscine non sĆ©curisĆ©e, pas de piles dans l'alarme. Piscine trĆØs sale malgrĆ© le passage du pisciniste vue qu'il n'y a pas de volet, et sur ce une tempĆ©rature de l'eau faible. GROS PROBLEME de reseau wifi. La tĆ©lĆ©vision du dortoir ne fonctionne pas et le sĆØche linge est hors service...A part cela, le cadre et l'extĆ©rieur sont magnifiques mais mĆ©riteraient quelques rafraĆ®chissements. Le rapport qualitĆ©-prix est sur ce Ć  revoir. MalgrĆ© tout ces commentaires nous avons reussi Ć  passer une belle semaine en famille. Monique et Denis sont des gens extraimements Ć  l'Ć©coute et trĆØs disponibles...heureusement.

Schƶne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage
Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung und ist sehr schƶn eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Die Nachbarin Monique kĆ¼mmert sich um alle Anliegen und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie spricht nur franzƶsisch, trotzdem klappt die Kommunikation gut. Das einzige Manko ist die Beschreibung der Unterkunft auf der Webseite. Es war fĆ¼r uns nicht erkennbar. dass wir BettwƤsche und HandtĆ¼cher mitbringen hƤtten sollen und dass die Endreinigung nicht im Preis enthalten ist. Letztere mussten wir in bar bei der Abreise zahlen. Das Holz fĆ¼r den offenen Kamin muss man auch selbst organisieren, wir haben es in einem Supermarkt bekommen. Da sind aber nur kleine Schƶnheitsfehler. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schƶner Aufenthalt.

Nous avons passĆ© un merveilleux sĆ©jour. Monique qui s'est occupĆ©e de la maison et de nous au cours de notre sĆ©jour est une hĆ“te merveilleuse, sympathique, rĆ©active et disponible pour des bons conseils. La maison est trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©e et placĆ©e, nous avons tout fait en vĆ©lo. Seul bĆ©mol, la piscine est un peu froide mais vraiment c'Ć©tait de belles vacances.

Maison de charme bien situƩe et agrƩmentƩ d'une jolie piscine
La maison bĆ©nĆ©ficie d'une piscine et d'un joli jardin, qui rendent les matinĆ©es et les retours de plage particuliĆØrement agrĆ©ables. MĆŖme si la piscine prend beaucoup de place, le jardin autour est plein de charme. La terrasse offre aussi une grande table et plein de chaises, et 2 barbecues (!) selon les quantitĆ©s. Le rez de jardin est trĆØs spacieux et agrĆ©able Ć  vivre. Le salon, lumineux, est confortable mais trĆØs chaud l'aprĆØs-midi (des stores seraient les bienvenus). La cuisine est Ć  fois pratique, bien Ć©quipĆ©e (second frigo dans le garage) et la table est grande et accueillante. A l'Ć©tage deux petites chambres doubles et un dortoir de 6 permet de loger du monde! Les rangements manquent un peu. Les salles de bain sont un point faibles car elles manquent de lumiĆØre (pas de fenĆŖtres et une simple ampoule). Facile Ć  rĆ©soudre en changeant les appliques! L'accĆØs internet est problĆ©matique avec trĆØs peu de 4G (problĆØme commun Ć  l'Ile d'Oleron en gĆ©nĆ©ral) et pas de box ADSL dans la maison. Sauzelle est un bourg sans grande activitĆ© (petite boulangerie Ć  pied quand mĆŖme) mais il permet de sillonner l'Ile Ć  vĆ©lo (au moins sa moitiĆ© nord, mais aussi la sud pour les plus courageux) et d'aller faire ses courses Ć  Saint Pierre sans prendre sa voiture. Un dernier mot sur la gentillesse de Monique, la voisine qui s'occupe de la maison et fait tout pour que tout se passe bien!

mit Charme renoviert. sehr hellhƶrig insbesondere im ObergeschoƟ, Sauberkeit oberflƤchlich vorhanden. etwas schwierige jedoch gut akzeptable Kommunikation mit Besitzer und der vor Ort befindlichen "Verwalterin", die gleichzeitig als Putzfrau und MƤdchen fĆ¼r alles fungiert. Der Pool sehr schƶn, kleiner Garten, schƶne Terrasse, liegt mitten im kleinen Ort Sauzelle, zu Fuss BƤcker erreichbar, der Rest mit Fahrrad oder Auto, zum Strand knapp 3km.
