Lovely stay with fantastic views
We really enjoyed our stay at Louis's place and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Walk to the gondola was 7-8 minutes and 10 minutes into town so you wouldn't necessarily need a car. The views from the main reception room were wonderful to wake up to and come home to.

Property was spacious, well equipped, warm and quiet. Stunning views of Mont Blanc and Mont Joly from the dining area. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. The cleaning lady was friendly and good at communicating with us during and at the end of our stay.

Fantastic stay in St Gervais
This was our third stay in this area, and the best apartment we have visited. Even better views and space than the photos suggest. A very easy walk to town, even with a toddler. Great customer service and consideration for our needs from proprietor and housekeeper. The blackout blinds over all windows were great to stop our 3yo get to my up at the crack of the dawn, and the giant windows and balconies perfect for enjoying the views from bed / at the dining table/ outside… Fully recommend!

Perfect stay in Saint Gervais
We stood for a month in this apartament. It is the perfect stay, close to the center, there is a bakery near, it has a parking spot, perfectly equiped kitchen, wonderful balconies, a dedicated working space, lovely views, very clean. Everything was perfect

Great apartment with everything we required for a comfortable stay. Good location, just 5 minutes from the telecabine, a 5 minute walk to a bakery and about 10 minutes from the village with restaurants and supermarket. Nice mountain views. Host exceptonally helpful. Superb holiday.

Summer Family Holiday
A superb apartment with a wonderful view of the mountains. The host is very helpful and quick to reply to all queries. There is plenty of space and a great balcony to enjoy. It is a great base for a family holiday in the Alps!

Spacious apartment, spotlessly clean.
We had a great stay in this beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment. It’s spacious and easy to find and the communication from the host was excellent. It was exceptionally well-equipped with plenty of utensils and plates / cutlery etc. Really good location with a short walk to the slopes. We didn’t have a car and everything was fine but next time I’d rent a ski locker at the main telecabine (just to save carrying the skis up and down). It’s a really good location - about a 7 minute walk into the main town (use google maps to find the shortcut). St Gervais is also beautiful. All in all a super property and a lovely holiday.

Home from home
This is our 3rd time renting Louis’s apartment & I think the fact that we keep coming back says it all. We love Saint Gervais & having found Louis’s apartment a few years ago, we wouldn’t think of renting anywhere else, the apartment is spacious, very clean & tidy & the welcome gift of wine & biscuits is a lovely touch, it’s location is ideal & has amazing views, Louis is a great communicator, we will definitely be back .

We are regular visitors to Saint-Gervais & this is our 2nd time staying at Louis’s apartment. It’s location is ideal only 10 mins walk to the village centre & has amazing views over the gorge & mountains. Louis is an excellent host & nothing is too much trouble for him, we had an issue when the WiFi stopped working & he straight away rang & sorted it out. The apartment is on the ground floor & has everything we needed, we enjoyed our first stay in this apartment in summer 2017 so when we decided to return to Saint-Gervais this summer we booked it again & will be looking to return in 2020. Ideal for families or couples or friends

Fantastic Accomadation
Spent a weeks skiing in Saint Gervais staying in this fantastic apartment. Turned up to find a bottle of wine and biscuits had been left for us, parking was right next to the property which is always a bonus. Very clean and tidy, stayed in every night as i we have 2 young boys so didn't sample the delights of Saint Gervais. Used the ski hire shop on route to the ski lift station which was an easy 10 min walk. Great Skiing in the area, could stay out all day long with out getting bored. Communication with the owner was 1st rate. Again we had no complaints, hope to return next year.

Spacious and well-equipped apartment just 5 minutes walk from the lifts up to the ski area.
The local agent had arrived previously to make the apartment ready for our arrival, and had waited to welcome us. There was also a bottle of local wine to help us settle in. A welcome pack with all the information we would need had been emailed a few weeks previously.

Fantastic time in Saint-Gervais
This is a lovely apartment, spacious, clean & tidy & it was a wonderful surprise to see a very nice bottle of wine & box of cookies waiting for us on the dinning table. The apartment has fantastic views from both balconies & it was wonderful waking up every morning with views out over the village & mountains & then enjoying evening drinks on the main balcony watching the magnificent sunset over Mount Blanc. The apartment is in an ideal location for both the village & the main gondola station, both of which are only a 10 min walk away. We stayed in & cooked meals several times during our stay as everything we needed, pots & pans wise, cutlery etc was all provided in the lovely open plan kitchen. The double bed was extremely comfortable, in fact I had some of my best nights sleep on this bed. There is wifi available which was great so we could keep up with what was going on in the world if we wanted too. Louis was a great communicator & responded very quickly to any inquiries both before & during our stay & his agent made sure that he was there to greet us & show us around the apartment when we arrived. We love Saint Gervais & have stayed in several apartmenst & chalets over the years & have never stayed in the same place twice, however we will certainly be looking to re-book with Louis if possible next time we are looking to return to the Alps. Perfect for a family group
This apartment has all you could possibly need for a family holiday. The arrival instructions were clear, and the apartment was very well presented, with a delightful welcome spread including a delicious Savoyard wine. There are three bedrooms, all of a good size. One bedroom has two single beds pushed together to make a double. The other two bedrooms each have bunk beds which are large enough for adults, and underneath is a slide-out bed. The rooms are large enough to use the slide-out bed and still have sufficient room. In the living room there are sofas around a large flat screen TV, a box with games, and a large dining table with more than enough seating for everybody. The kitchen is well equipped, with more than enough crockery, glassware, cutlery, etc, for everybody. There is generally plenty of space, and a bright airy feel to the apartment, with many beautiful photographs of the surrounding countryside and local flora. The living room and all bedrooms have direct access to the balconies. Outside, there is plenty of parking. We were provided with the phone numbers of the owner, his local agent, and the housekeeper. The only problem we had was entirely of our own making and was resolved swiftly and easily. We come to St Gervais every year to ski, and this was our first stay in this apartment. We would be very happy to stay here again!

St Gervais for ever
Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cet appartement à Saint-Gervais-les-Bains. L'appartement est parfaitement conforme à la description : spacieux et bien équipé avec un large échantillon d’ustensiles de cuisine. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse côté sud offrant un panorama enchanteur sur les montagnes encore enneigées très propice à la relaxation et méditation, avec de la musique classique c’était magique! D’ailleurs en 10 jours nous avons vécu les 4 saisons avec de la neige le jour de notre départ! la qualité de la literie nous a permis de nous reposer après nos journées bien remplies. De plus, l'emplacement est idéal : à quelques pas des commerces. Merci à Sylvie pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. Saint-Gervais-les-Bains est un village charmant qui a su conserver tout son caractère authentique. L’ambiance y est conviviale, avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants typiques, parfaits pour découvrir la cuisine locale. La région offre une multitude d'activités en pleine nature. Ce village est un véritable havre de paix loin des bruits des villes. La nature y a toute sa place et nous avons apprécié voir des insectes, oiseaux etc trop souvent oubliés et absents dans nos villes bétonnées. Nous avons aussi discuté avec la gardienne de l’immeuble qui entretient très bien les plates bandes joliment fleuries devant l’immeuble et parties communes. Séjour parfait ! L’appartement est comme sur les photos , agréable et fonctionnel. Rien n’y manque. Tout est très bien expliqué : simple, efficace, facile. Conforme au descriptif
