It's only a 5 minute walk to the beach and steps away from the community pool, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts. About a stone throw away is also a private neighborhood pool guests have access to! Nautical Watch is the perfect spot to enjoy that long awaited family vacation! From your private back deck you can feel the ocean breeze as it makes its way across the marsh. You'll have a front row seat to watch all the wildlife Harbor Island has to offer. Early risers will be rewarded with incredible sunrise views. It's the perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee or after dinner drinks!

The home features a spacious King master bedroom with an en suite bath and a Queen bedroom with shared bath access. Both of these bedrooms have direct views of the marsh and access to the back deck. The third bedroom features two Twin beds with access to the shared bath. The living area offers plenty of room for the family to stretch out and relax. Take in the great views from the comfort of the couch. The living room features a large flat screen cable TV for your viewing enjoyment. The kitchen features appliances and has all you'll need for your morning breakfast and family dinners. The dining area seats 6 and has plenty of room for that sit down family meal. There is a washer and dryer located in the main hall closet for you to utilize during your stay.

Harbor Island is just a short ride to downtown Beaufort, with its many shops and restaurants it’s a great opportunity to explore South Carolina’s second oldest city. Hunting Island State park and beach is just 5 minutes down the road and features miles of secluded sandy beaches, hiking trails and is home to Hunting Island Light, one of the few publicly accessible lighthouses in the state. Climb to the top and you'll be rewarded with spectacular views of area.

Great time was had by all.
The house was as advertised. A few things to mention that didn't hinder our stay, but worth mentioning; there are no ceiling fans, no extra blankets, low water pressure, and very dim lighting throughout the house.

Great area, friendly locals, good accommodations, very responsive property management. House was clean all appliances worked Including the AC when we needed it. Recommend anyone staying be aware of high/low tide times. We were caught off guard first day not knowing high tide was in AM. No big deal we went to beach early afternoon and enjoyed the heck out of it. We didn’t explore this but it might be worth looking into figuring out how to rent golf carts, we probably would use more of the amenities if we had access to one.

Awesome property in a safe and clean resort. House is very nice and has all you could need. Loved everything about the resort and the house. Only complaint the whole trip was the bugs outside. They absolutely loved biting my family and I. lol If I could add or change anything to the property it would be to enclose the back deck with screens everywhere to keep the bugs off while enjoying sitting back there.

This home was well equipped and in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful marsh view and an easy walk to the beach. Pools nearby and lots of great educational opportunities to learn about loggerhead sea turtles and sea and shore birds. Marine life abounds when the tide is out. Great, relaxing stay.

This home was in a great location with beautiful views. The property manager was readily available when needed. It would be nice if the home had fans of some sort as the rooms tend to get hot at night, there was no automatic ice maker and the dryer was not operable because of missing knobs. We still enjoyed our stay and didn’t mention most of the issues because we didn’t want to spend our vacation with people making repairs.

Beautiful, quiet beach vacation!
If you’re looking for a beach away from the crowds, this is a great location. You can walk or drive to the boardwalk (just a few parking spots though). My teenage son and his friend enjoyed the basketball court, workout room and pool. Very safe neighborhood. My only complaint about the property is that we couldn’t seem to regulate the temperature and it was freezing at night. It would also have been nice to have a TV in each bedroom- no TV in master…

Great villa!
Loved the villa. Great location. Went down the road to Hunting Island to the beach and lighthouse. It was beautiful! We loved Johnson’s restaurant. Ate there 3 times in a week stay. Very good food and a fun place. Everyone was super nice. Pool was within steps from the villa. Very clean. Had a covered open garage. Neighbors were very nice. If I had a complaint it would be the dog hair left behind when we arrived but not a real issue. Just happy they allow pets. I left towels and a few clothes in the dryer and the property manager mailed them to me. Very nice. Barry with iTrips is who I worked with. He was great! We would definitely rent this villa again!!!

Wonderful Home & Great Location
We loved this property and would definitely stay again. It’s truly STEPS to the ocean and pool. The home was clean, check in was easy, and the neighborhood was so pleasant. A great location central to both Hunting Island and Beaufort.
