Large and beautiful comfortable chalet (sleeps 15) with private jacuzzi, relaxation / gym / fitness area, video library, games room, table tennis, billiards, table football, pƩtanque field and view of Lac des Fades.
The chalet, located on enclosed and planted grounds (1500m2), can accommodate 15 people in 6 bedrooms, 2 of which have a large balcony. Living room, flat screen TV, 50m2 shaded terrace ...
Our weekly rates are inclusive of all charges (water, electricity, gas, tourist tax) for a number of occupants between 8 and 10 people.
Decreasing / special rate depending on the number of people (1 to 4 people, then 5 to 7 people), the rental period and without access to certain equipment. Weekend possibilities >>> Contact us.

Location chalet
PropriĆ©taire trĆØs arrangeant et flexible. Par contre je suis parti dĆØs la premiĆØre nuit tellement lā€™allergie Ć  la poussiĆØre Ć©tait forte. Pareil pour trois autres personnes de ma famille qui eux sont restĆ©s. Les Ć©quipements : jacuzzi trĆØs bien, billard apprĆ©ciable bien quā€™en plein dans le salon. Baby-foot, balle dĆ©formĆ©e. Table de ping pont filet cassĆ©e. Pour ma part je ne reviendrai malheureusement pas.

Avec ses 6 chambres, le chalet offre de nombreux couchages. Il est trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©, Ć  l'intĆ©rieur comme Ć  l'extĆ©rieur. La vue sur le lac est trĆØs belle, et de jolies balades sont possible aux alentours. Le propriĆ©taire est arrangeant, mĆŖme si l'adresse pour trouver le chalet n'Ć©tait pas assez prĆ©cise (on a cherchĆ© un bon moment une fois sur place).

TrĆØs bel emplacement et jardin pour ce chalet qui manque dā€™entretien gĆ©nĆ©ral. Lā€™accueil du propriĆ©taire Ć©tait agrĆ©able. Mais nous avons eu un gros problĆØme de punaises de lit. MalgrĆ© un avis sur google postĆ© 2 jours avant notre arrivĆ©e signalant des punaises, le propriĆ©taire nous a rassurĆ©s, disant quā€™il ne connaissait pas lā€™auteur de cet avis, quā€™il sā€™Ć©tait probablement trompĆ© de logement et quā€™il nā€™avait jamais eu ce problĆØme. AprĆØs 5 jours les piqures commenƧaient Ć  apparaĆ®tre ainsi que les punaises. AprĆØs avoir contactĆ© le propriĆ©taire, celui-ci nous a dit quā€™il avait fait son enquĆŖte, quā€™il Ć©tait au courant et que probablement (sans le moindre dĆ©placement de sa part), le problĆØme Ć©tait limitĆ© et nous a offert la location des draps et le nettoyage, soit moins de 6% du montant en compensations. Plus de la moitiĆ© des locataires sont partis avant la fin du sĆ©jour. Les 6 couples et leurs enfants (de 4 mois Ć  5 ans) ont dĆ» mettre tous les bagages en quarantaine et certaines punaises ont Ć©tĆ© retrouvĆ©es de retour de vacances. Lā€™ambiance de fin de sĆ©jour et le stress gĆ©nĆ©rĆ© par la recherche et le traitement de ces punaises a pĆ©nalisĆ© complĆØtement cette semaine de vacances. Il est totalement inadmissible que le propriĆ©taire au courant nā€™ait rien dit aux locataires laissant le problĆØme se propager. Jā€™espĆØre que cet avis servira aux suivants qui doivent reprendre la location le lundi, 2 jours aprĆØs notre dĆ©part.

En plus des punaises de lit plusieurs volets roulant ne fonctionnaient pas ,une chasse d'eau Ć©tait cassĆ©e, les portes des chambres avaient du mal Ć  s'ouvrir, traces de moisissures dans une salle de bain et dans la cuisine, des ustensiles de cuisine ( poĆŖles , casserole ) inutilisables . Manque d'entretien gĆ©nĆ©ral !

Un week-end prolongĆ© en famille dans un cadre superbe, une vue du gĆ®te dont on ne se lasse pas. Le propritaire est trĆØs sympatique et nous a fait profiter de produits locaux.
