Very pleasant stay.
Well equipped kitchen, large terrace. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Although there was not a view of the water, the apartment is within walking distance of the beach and the old town.

Bon accueil par la personne qui s'occupe de l'appartement, mais le ménage laissait à désirer, j'en ai informé la personne par SMS. Dommage que cet appartement soit en rez-de-jardin, petite fenêtre dans les chambres mais une des 2 a une porte-fenêtre qui ouvre sur la véranda. Odeur d'humidité si les fenêtres ne sont pas ouvertes régulièrement. Avons apprécié la Véranda pour prendre les repas et Jolie terrasse mais pas très bien entretenue. vaisselle très correcte, seule les poêles et casseroles en inox inutilisables, j'ai dû acheter une de chaque. Appartement très bien situé, proche du Centre et de la mer. Je pense que c'est plutôt un appartement catégorie 3 étoiles que 4 et trop cher à cette période pour les prestations proposées. Ne pas hésiter à venir à St-Jean-de Luz, la région est magnifique.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Terrasse ist sehr großzügig. In 5 Minuten ist man am Strand, aber auch in der Stadt. Dennoch ist es völlig leise.

Super logement avec en très bel emplacement
L'appartement est très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Il est très bien placé à st jean, à quelques pas de la jetée tout en étant au calme. Belle terrasse et véranda pour profiter de l'extérieur. Nous conseillons et reviendrons sans hésiter. Monsieur Courtade, le propriétaire, a pensé à tout! Merci pour ce séjour.

Bel appartement rénové dans une maison de style
Bel appartement fraîchement rénové dans une maison de style, dans un quartier calme très bien situé à 5 minutes des plages et des commerces. L’appartement est spacieux, très bien équipé avec toutes les commodités, deux belles chambres et une grande terrasse très agréable. La petite véranda jouxtant la terrasse est bien pratique quand il fait plus frais ou en cas de pluie. Le stationnement est gratuit dans la rue, contrairement à l’hyper-centre. Le propriétaire Mr Courtade est très avenant et disponible. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Je recommande.
