Très cher par rapport aux prestations
La chaumière est très sympa mais ses équipements sont vieillissants et la propreté est à revoir. La chambre du haut est très dangereuse. Cette location convient à un couple avec 3 enfants mais pas plus. Le prix élevé n'est pas justifié au vu des prestations.

Très bon sejour dans l'ensemble
Nous avons passé deux semaines de vacances chez Monsieur grand Les points positifs: la maison est très bien située, tres bien équipée et au calme Proche de la mer (environ 10 minutes en voiture) La piscine est vraiment un grand plus dans la résidence elle est hyper sécurisée Notre hote est hyper reactif probleme de lave vaisselle le premier jour il a été remplacé le deuxième pour notre plus grand bonheur Les points negatif: L'échelle pour accéder à la chambre est vraiment raide, nous y avons mis des adultes parceque trop peur d'une chute Et vraiment le souci qui a été tres contraignant, c'est le reseau pas de wifi et la 4 g quasi enixistante, compliqué avec nos trois ados et la première semaine de pluie

Petit havre de paix !
Logement agréablement frais même malgré la chaleur extérieure, jardin calme avec écureuils dans les pins. Intérieur comme extérieur très bien équipée. Chambre du haut non accessible pour pmr ou enfant (un peu dangereux) mais le reste sans soucis. La chaumiere et son jardin ont beaucoup de charme. Le domaine est sécurisé et très calme. Nous avons pu profiter du terrain de tennis, pétanque, table de ping pong ( materiel dispo dans la chaumiere!) également de la piscine qui est géniale (à noter elle ouvre du 15/06 au 15/09). Petit souccis au début du sejour mais réglé aupres du proprietaire qui s'est montré accessible et désireux de trouver une solution. Plage à moins de 10min en voiture et environ 15min pour rejoindre st jean de monts ou st gilles croix de vie. Vacances au top! Je recommande!

Maison typique, très agréable très bien équipée, au milieu des pins, idéal pour les enfants, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme la piscine, le tennis. La plage à moins de 5km. L’accès à la chambre par une échelle n’est pas facile manque une rampe de sécurité.

Superbe location typique dans cette bourrine. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut et la localisation est super pour les loisirs et les courses. Les équipements présents dans le domaine sont super. Tennis,ping pong, pétanque et la grande piscine avec les transats.

Charmante Bourrine Vendéenne très bien équipée dans un domaine très agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la tranquilité du lieux et l'accès au terrain de tennis et à la belle piscine. Nous sommes à 15mn de St Gilles croix de vie et 10mn de St Jean de Monts. Emplacement idéal avec une très bonne boulangerie à moins de 3mn en voiture.

Magnifique semaine dans cette charmante chaumière, bien équipée, la terrasse est super, au calme et sous les pins, la piscine est un très grand + très appréciable, notre chien a adoré se faire dorer au soleil ou à l'ombre, nous voulions des vacances au calme, c'est très réussi et la piscine est plus que parfaite, merci ce fut une belle semaine de décompression pour nous.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Grundstück
Schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage. Schwimmbad und Tennisplatz sind auf der Anlage. Zum Einkaufen sind es mit dem Rad oder Auto zw. 1-4 km. Zum Meer etwas weiter. Gute Radfahrmoglichkeiten.
