3rd stay at this hotel. Very helpfull staff. Plenty of room in suite. Breakfast time can be a bit hetic. Outside being renovated, so bit mess and some noise. Ideal place to travel around area

Very Happy, We Would Come Back Again
This is our 3rd stay at this hotel over the past 10 months, and we have never been disappointed. The staff are super friendly, and the the room was not as spacious with the 2 Queen Beds, but had an arm chair, and freezer in Fridge. The Shower is a great size with a lot of Hold bars, good for us seniors. The shower soap dispensers provided was great. The Hot Breakfast is fantastic, and starts our morning off right. Only problem is the desk lamp receptacle was inoperative, but there was a nearby wall plug, just had to unplug the microwave for our computer power. If we are ever back in Saint John, we will be back at this hotel.

We will happily Come Back When in Saint John
We stayed here for only one night last year, but this year we are here for two nights, We were given a ground floor room which made it much easier for us seniors who travel with a lot of items.. The staff were super friendly, and the room was spacious and had a sofa bed for evening comfort. The room had all the fridge, with Freezer (yippee) and a microwave. Many hotels are cutting these amenities back. Our view of the window was slightly obstructed by construction scaffold, and netting, but we had enough light coming in. The view was of the parking lt, so it did not matter much. The Breakfast was superb and this hotel does a top notch job. We will certainly be back.

We enjoyed our stay in the jetted tub suite. Construction on site - not the best for relaxing in the morning but that was expected. Room very clean. The jetted tub needs a good thorough cleaning. Inside the filters.

It was a wonderful stay. However, the renovations happening outside meant that there were construction workers making noise just outside our windows in the morning. Other than that it was very satisfactory!

They were under construction at the Hotel, so it was hard for BWH to be up to there high standards. The highlight was their staff and their help in giving us local info.
