Unfortunately, the heating/air conditioning unit in our room was very noisy. And at the end of each cycle, the unit would get louder and shut off with a banging noise. We should have requested a different room but we had arrived late after attending a concert and thought we'd be able to sleep through it. Not so!

We stayed two nights at the Wyndam Chateau Saint John. Sean, at the front desk, was both wonderfully welcoming and quite helpful. Our room, a beautiful suite, was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast room, with hot and cold choices, is led by Trudy, an extraordinarily upbeat and delightful person and sets a wonderful first thing in the morning tone. I feel certain that this hotel provides a consistently outstanding experience for all of its guests.

Beautiful hotel. The staff were excellent to deal with. The walking was not exactly user friendly. We ordered a cab to take us into town which was a good experience. Breakfast was very good. People working in the dining area went over & above.
